IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your garage equipment, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Care must be taken as burns can occur from
touching hot parts.
3. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of
body away from moving parts.
4. Use only as described in this manual. Use only
manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
5. ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES. Everyday
eyeglasses only have impact resistant lenses,
they are not safety glasses.
6. Be aware of pinch points
INSTALLATION
TOOLS (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
a. Tape measure, 16ft
LAYOUT
1) Checkthefloorintheliftingbaytobesurethat
itisaflatsurfaceandrelativelylevel.
2) UnpacktheTurfRailandloosentheT‐Bolton
eachTRAYuntiltheyareflushwiththeoutside
ofthesaddle(4total).
3) Lowertwopostliftandfullyextendarms.
4) Removeliftingfootpadsandinstall9”ofstack
extensions(provided)adaptorsoneacharm.
5) Movepowersidearmsinwardsothatthey
measure118”apartfromcenterofeach
adaptorusingthetapemeasure.Dothesame
fortheIdlerside.
6) Installeachrailovertheadaptorsintoround
adaptoropeningintheundersideoftherail.
MakesuretheStackextensionadaptorsare
fullyengaged.
7) Applythe7000lbCapacitydecalcenteringon
thetopsurfaceofeachrail.SeeFigurebelow.
8) Makesurefloorisclearbetweenrails.Take
eachTRAYandmountitontotherail,oneTRAY
forwardofthecolumnsandonTRAYrearof
thecolumns.
RAISING PROCEDURE
ENSURETHATTHEHIGHESTPOINTONTHE
EQUIPMENTWILLCONTACTTHEOVERHEADLIMIT
SWITCHBAR.
9) Measurethewheelbaseoftheequipmentyou
desiretolift.MoveeachTrayequallyfromthe
centeroftherailuntildesiredwheelbaseis
achieve.(Remember,thewheelbaserange
mustbebetween26”and116”)
10) MeasureTireDiametertoensureisintheMax
range.
11) Raisetheliftuntilthetopoftherailmeetsthe
saddleportionoftheTRAYandthentighten
theT‐BoltoneachsideofeachTRAYfirmlyinto
therails.
DONOTEXCEED3500POUNDSPERTRAY.
DONOTTRYTOLIFTEQUIPMENTWITHONLYONE
TRAY.
12) EnsurebothTraysarerestingontheground.
Failuretodothiscouldresultindamageto
equipmentorturfrail.Drivedesiredpieceof
equipmentontotheTurfRailandbesurethat
bothfrontandreartiresarecenteredonthe
TRAYfronttobackandlefttoright.
13) Setemergencybrakeontheequipmentand
thenraisetothedesiredworkingheight.
ALWAYSLOWERLIFTINTOLOCKSBEFORE
ENTERINGTHEAREABENEATHEQUIPMENT.
ALWAYSUSESAFETYSTANDSWHENREMOVING
ORINSTALLINGHEAVYCOMPONENTS.
LOWERING PROCEDURE
14) Ensurethattheareaundertheequipmentis
clearofpersonnelandtools.
15) Raisetheliftuntilbothlatchesarefree.
16) Disengage the latches by pulling down and
holding the lock release lever.
17) Lowerthevehiclebydepressingthelowering
valvehandle.
18) ContinuetolowerthevehicleuntiltheTRAY
stopsagainstthefloor.
19) RemoveVehiclebeingawareofsurroundings.
