SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USE
1. Verify that the product and the application are compatible, if in doubt call Blackhawk Automotive Technical
Service at (816) 891-6390.
2. Read the operator’s manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the product, its components,
and the potential hazards associated with its improper use before using this product.
3. Inspect before each use. Do not use if there are bent, broken or cracked components. Replace worn or
damaged parts and assemblies with Blackhawk Authorized Replacement Parts only.

This stand is intended to provide partial support of
vehicle components during removal and installation.
Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before
lowering load. No alterations shall be made to this
device. Only attachments and/or adapters supplied
by the manufacturer shall be used.
• Study, understand, and follow all instructions
before operating this device.
• Do not exceed rated capacity. Use only on hard,
level surfaces.
• Adequately support the vehicle before starting
repairs.
• Do not use to support or stabilize vehicle. Center
load on saddle.
• Failure to heed these markings may result in
personal injury and/or property damage.

ASSEMBLY
For Model BH5710 (See Figure 1, Page 3)
1. Insert smaller end of threaded column through the bottom of upright, allowing small end of threaded column
to project out of the top of upright.
2. Place bearing over threaded portion with upright/threaded column assembly in the horizontal position.
3. Spin adjusting handle clockwise onto threaded portion.
4. Insert roll pin through saddle & threaded column to fasten saddle.
For Model BH5715 (See Figure 2, Page 3 )
1. Insert smaller end of threaded column through the bottom of upright, allowing small end of threaded column to
project out of the top of upright.
2. Place bearing over threaded portion with upright/threaded column assembly in the horizontal position.
3. Spin adjusting handle clockwise onto threaded portion.
4. Insert the roll pin through saddle & threaded column to fasten saddle.
5. Insert upright assembly onto base withslot in upright facing foot pedal mount.
6. Secure upright using the larger pin, washer and c-clip.
7. Insert pedal into slot and secure with remaining pin, washer, and c-clip.
