WARNING
1. Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable liquids or vapor in the vicinity of this or any other appliance
2. An LP cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
3. Do not fill the gas cylinder beyond maximum fill-line.
4. Never allow oil or grease to get hotter than 400 0For200
0C . If the temperature exceeds 4000F
(2000C) or if oil begins to smoke, Immediately turn the burner or gas supply off.
DANGER
If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or your fire
department.
DANGER
1. Never operate this appliance unattended.
2. Never operate this appliance within 10 ft (3 m) of any structure, combustible material or other gas
cylinder.
3. Never operate this appliance within 25 ft (7.5 m) of any flammable liquid.
4. If a fire should occur, keep away from the appliance an immediately call your fire department. Do not
attempt to extinguish an oil or grease fire with water.
5. Heated liquids remain at scalding temperature long after the cooking process. Never touch cooking
appliance until liquids have cooled to 1150F(45
0C) or less.
Failure to follow the instructions above could result in fire explosion or burn hazard which could cause
property damage, personal injury or death.

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts
are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully
assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are
secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes.
Step 1 (Latch magnet assembly)
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain the two swivel casters
on the cart base (A) are locked.
a) Align the hole on the front middle side of cart base (A) with the
hole on the latch magnet (S)
b) Insert the M6 x 15 bolt into each pre-drilled hole.
c) Tighten two bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 2 (Cart side panel assembly)
a) Loosen the six pre-installed bolts
on the cart base and allow 1/4
bolt’s length to extend from the
cart base (A).
b) Align the holes upon the left side
of cart base (A) with the holes
on the cart left panel (B) and
tighten the pre-installed bolts by
hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with the
cart right panel (C) on the upper
right side of cart base (A).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts
using the screwdriver provided.
Step3(Cart back panel assembly)
a) Align the holes on cart left
panel (B) with the holes on
the cart back panel (D).
b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA)
into each pre-drilled hole
and tighten the bolt by hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with
cart right panel (C) and cart
back panel (D).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts
using screwdriver provided.

Step 4 (Front beam assembly)
a) Align the holes on cart left panel
(B) with the holes on front beam
(E).
b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one
M6 flat washer (CC) and one M6
lock washer (DD) into each pre-
drilled hole and tighten the bolt by
hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with hole
cart right panel (C) and front
beam (E)
d) Go back and tighten all bolts
using screwdriver provided.
Step 5 (Install door )
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of cart
left door (F-1) into the pre-drilled
hole on the left side of cart base (A).
b) Push down the pin on the top of left
door and insert it into the pre-drilled
hole on left front side of front beam
(E).
c) Repeat the procedure with the right
door (F-2) and front beam (E).
d) Close the two doors.

Step 6 (Install the body assembly with car
t
assembly)
a) Put the body assembly (G) onto the cart
assembly.
b) Align the holes on the right side of body
assembly (G) with the holes on the cart
right panel (C).
c) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one M6
lock washer (DD) and one M6 flat washer
(CC) into each pre-drilled holes and
tighten the bolts by hand.
d) Repeat the procedure with the left side of
body assembly (G) and cart left panel (B).
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using
the screwdriver provided
Step 7 (Side shelf assembly)
a) Loosen the five pre-installed bolts on
right side of body assembly and allow
1/4 bolt’s length extend out of body
assembly.
b) Align the large hole on right side shelf
(I) with the extended bolt from the
body assembly. Push the right side
shelf down until locked into place and
insert one M4 bolt (AA) into the pre-
drilled hole.
c) Tighten the bolts by hand.
d) Repeat the same procedure with the
left side shelf (H) and body assembly.
e) Go back and tighten all the bolt using
the screwdriver provided

Step 8 (Install the valve with side knob
and knob seat)
a) Align the holes on the side knob
seat (K) with the hole on the front
of right side shelf and side burner
valve. Insert one M4 x 10 bolt (BB)
and one M4 Flat washer (EE) into
the pre-drilled holes.
b) Tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided
c) Press the knob (J) onto the valve
shaft. Step 9 (Install the side burner)
a) Open the right side burner lid and
place the side burner (L) on the
right side table. Make sure the
side ignition line connects well
with the valve
b) Align the holes on the side burner
(L) with the holes on the right shelf
c) Insert one M4 x 10 bolt (BB) into
each of the pre-drilled holes of the
side burner (L).
d) Insert one M4 flat washer (EE), M4
lock washer (FF) and M4 nut (GG)
into each lower side of bolt (BB).
e) Go back to tighten all the bolts
using the screwdriver provided.
f) Connecting ignition line with the
electrode.
