General:
Read this manual carefully before using the appliance. Keep this manual in a
safe place for future reference.
Use the appliance only as described in this manual.
Check if the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the local voltage
before you connect the device.
Always use an earthed socket.
Check the device regularly for damage. Do not use the device in case the power
cord or plug is damaged, or when any component of the device has been
dropped or damaged. If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced
by an authorized service centre to avoid safety hazards.
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
This appliance is not suitable for use by children or persons with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
someone responsible for their safety is supervising them or explains how the
appliance must be used. Close supervision is required if the appliance is used
near children, pets or plants.
Never allow children to play with the PE packaging as there is risk of suocation.
Do not leave the device unattended when the plug is in the socket.
Always remove the plug from the socket when you clean the device or when you
are not using the device.
Never pull the power cord to disconnect the plug from the socket; instead, hold
the plug and gently pull to disconnect.
Do not use the device with an extension cord unless this extension cord has been
checked and tested by a qualified mechanic.
Do not pull or carry the device by its power cord and do not use the power cord
as a handle.

Do not bend the power cord or pull it around sharp edges or corners. Do not pull
the device over the power cord and do not allow the power cord to be
compressed or curled.
Keep the device, the plug and the power cord away from flames and hot surfaces.
Do not use attachments which are not recommended by 707, especially acces-
sories which are not supplied with the appliance.
Do not bend the exible hose or carry the device by the exible hose. Stop using
the device immediately when the exible hose shows damages.
Keep the end of exible hose, telescopic tubes and other suction openings away
from your face and body.
Do not insert anything into the air intake as it may cause blockage. Do not use the
device when the telescopic tube, exible hose or suction air intake is blocked.
Keep the device free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce the air flow.
Vacuuming large objects may cause the air passage in the telescopic tube or
exible hose to be obstructed. If this happens, remove the object that is stuck.
Do not vacuum anything burning or smoking, like cigarettes, matches or hot
ashes or any sharp objects, like glass or nails.
Do not vacuum toner content of printers or copying machines with the vacuum
cleaner.
Do not vacuum liquids or moist materials of any sort as there will be a high risk of
electric shock.
Never use the device in areas where certain vapours may be present (paint
thinner, flammable material, oil based paint and varnish, flammable liquids and
gases) to avoid risk of a possible explosion.
Do not use the device on wet surfaces.
This device is for household use only. Store the appliance indoors.
Never immerse the device and/or the power cord in water or other liquids.
Do not touch the device or the plug with wet hands.
Be cautious when vacuuming staircases or uneven surfaces.
Note: This appliance is only intended for domestic use; do NOT use it for
commercial purposes.

3. ASSEMBLY
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Clean the device, if necessary, with a wet cloth and some detergent.
• Make sure that all parts are clean and dry before assembling the device.
Warning: Do not insert the plug into the electrical outlet and do not turn the device on
before you have completed the assembly.
1. Insert the flexible hose into the inlet on the main body of the device. The flexible hose
is assembled correctly when it clicks into place.
2. Attach the telescopic tube to the flexible hose.
3. Attach the suitable accessories (floor brush/crevice tool/furniture brush) to the
telescopic tube for different cleaning purposes.
4. OPERATION
Before use
Check the device for damage before each use. Do not use the device if the power cord
or the device is damaged or not working properly.
Warning: do not use the device without all filters and the dust canister in place.
1. Pull the power cord to a length between the yellow and red mark.
Note: do not pull the power cord to the red mark. This may damage the device.
2. Insert the plug into an electrical outlet.
3. Attach the floor brush or one of the following accessories to the end of the telescopic
tube.

Floor brush:
The floor brush features a switch, which allows you to set the bristles in
or out.
Position 1: bristles are out. This setting is suitable for hard floors (wood,
laminate, tiles, stone, etc.).
Position 2: bristles are in. This setting is suitable for carpets, rugs and
soft floor covering.
Crevice tool:
The crevice tool is suitable for the cleaning of corners, fissures, skirting
board and other places that are dicult to reach. The crevice tool can
be stored in the accessory holder on the telescopic tube.
Furniture brush:
The furniture brush is suitable for the cleaning of furniture, upholstery,
wall surfaces, curtains, etc. The furniture brush can be stored in the
accessory holder on the telescopic tube.
3. Attach the floor brush or one of the following accessories to the end of the telescopic
tube.
4. Turn on the device by pressing the on/o switch.
Note:
• Do not vacuum anything burning or smoking, like cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.
• Do not try to vacuum liquids or moist materials of any kind as there will be a high risk of electric shock.
• Do not vacuum any sharp objects, like glass or nails.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to drain away toner content from printers of copying machines.
Adjusting the suction power
The suction power can be regulated by adjusting the variable suction control at the back
of the device.

Adjusting the telescopic tube
The telescopic tube can be lengthened or shortened by sliding the switch on the telescopic
tube forward.
Emptying the dust canister
The dust canister should be emptied when it is visibly full.
1. Turn o the device and pull the plug from the wall plug.
2. Push the canister release button to remove the dust canister from the unit.
3. Hold the dust canister above a bin and press the button to open the dust canister.
4. Close the dust canister and place it back on the unit.
After use
1. Turn o the device by pressing the on/o switch.
2. Press the cord winding switch at the back of the device in order to rewind the cord.

5. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Note:
• Always switch o and unplug the device from the wall socket before cleaning the device
or carrying out maintenance.
• Never immerse the device and/or the power cord in water or other liquids.
Cleaning the dust canister and filters
The suction power of the unit reduces when the dust canister is too full or when the filters
are dirty. Therefore all filters have to be cleaned regularly.
1. Press the canister release button in order to remove the dust canister from the unit.
2. Hold the dust canister above a bin and press the button to open the dust canister.
3. Open the lid of the dust canister by turning the lid. The lid is marked with ‘lock’ and
‘unlock’.

4. Take the parts apart as shown on the image below.
5. Clean the parts with lukewarm water and let them dry.
Note: do not use detergents to clean the filters.
Note: do not use heating sources (blow-dryer, heating, etc.) to dry the filters and do not
put the filters back into the device until they are completely dry.
6. Clean the dust canister with a damp cloth.
7. Put the parts back in the right order in the dust canister, as described below.
Step 1: Place the foam filter in the small plastic filter.

Step 3: Attach this assembly to the lid by turning it anti-clockwise.
Step 4: Attach the large plastic filter to the lid by placing it over the small plastic filter and
then turning it anti-clockwise.
Important: make sure that the angular shape on the large filter is adjusted with the ‘lock’ / ‘unlock’
marking on the lid.
Step 5: Place the lid with the filters in the dust canister and turn the lid anti-clockwise to lock it.
Note: do not put the filters back into the device before they have dried completely.

Cleaning motor filters
1. Press the canister release button in order to remove the dust canister from the unit.
2. Remove the motor filter from the device.
3. Clean the filter with lukewarm water.
Note: do not use detergents when cleaning the filter.
4. Shake the remaining water from the filter and let it dry.
Note: do not use heating sources (blow-dryer, heating, etc.) to dry the filter and do not put
the filter back into the device before it has dried completely
Cleaning HEPA filter
1. Push the button on top of the cover to open it.

2. Remove the filter from the device. Use a brush (not included) to remove large particles
from the filter, or tap the filter a number of times. Then clean the filter with lukewarm water.
Note: do not use detergents when cleaning the filter.
3. Shake the remaining water from the filter and let it dry.
Note: do not use heating sources (blow-dryer, heating, etc.) to dry the filter and do not put
the filter back into the device before it has dried completely.
Cleaning the device
1. Switch o the device before cleaning it.
2. Clean the device with a damp cloth and some detergent if necessary. Dry thoroughly.
Note: never use abrasives, bleaching agents or steel wool to clean the device. This could
cause damage to the material.
Storage
1. Make sure that the device and the attachments are completely clean and dry before you
store them.
2. A storage slot can be found at the rear side of the device where the floor brush can be
kept for storage.
