Hopkins Towing Solutions 4210429 is a 4-wire flat extension that allows you to connect your trailer's lighting system to your towing vehicle. It is compatible with Hoppy® Vehicle Connectors and features a white wire for grounding, a green wire for the right turn signal, a yellow wire for the left turn signal, and a brown wire for the tail/park lights. Note: This package contains a 4-wire flat extension
only. It must be used with a Hoppy®Vehicle
Connector specified for your towing vehicle.
1. Clean mating surfaces of the Hoppy®Vehicle Connector
if needed.
2. Apply grease to the terminals on the 4-wire flat harness
and plug it into the vehicle connector.
3. Clean dirt and rustproofing from an area of the vehicle
where you can ground the white wire with the screw
provided.
4. Secure excess wire to the vehicle.
5. Plug the wire harness into the trailer and check the
lighting system for proper operation with the engine
running.
TIPS:
●Grease applied to the trailer wiring terminals on a
regular basis will help prevent corrosion.
●A heavy duty flasher may be required to eliminate
rapid flashing.
●Always unplug boat trailer connector before backing
trailer into the water.

1. Limpie las superficies de conexión del Conector de

CONSEJOS:
●La aplicación de grasa a las terminales de los
cables del remolque ayudará a prevenir la
corrosión.
●Se puede requerir una señal de destello de alta
potencia para eliminar que las luces destellen
rápidamente.
●Siempre desconecte el conector del remolque de
botes antes de retroceder el remolque dentro del
agua.
