This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
s
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
Assemble product on soft surface to prevent damage to the finish.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 15-30 minutes.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place lamp base (A) on the floor and then
screw bottom pole (B) onto lamp base (A).
2. Screw middle pole 1 (C) onto bottom pole (B).
3. Screw middle pole 2 (D) onto middle
pole 1 (C).

4. Screw middle pole 3 (E) onto middle
pole 2 (D).
5. Screw middle pole 4 (F) onto middle
pole 3 (E).
6. Screw top pole (G) onto middle pole 4 (F).

7. Insert bulbs (L) into sockets.
8. Unscrew finial (I) from top pole (G) and
then place lamp shade (H) onto top pole (G).

until the bottom of the shade frame (J) can be
inserted into the adjustable clamp (K).
The adjustable clamp (K) is located on the
middle pole (D). The tension on the lamp
shade (H) can be adjusted by loosening the
screw on the clamp (K), adusting to the desired
tension, and retightening the screw on clamp (K).
9. Re-attach finial (l) onto top pole (G)
to secure lamp shade (H).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
This unit is suitable for indoor use only.
To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not modify this lamp; If any modification is made it may
render the product unsafe.
Clean this unit periodically. Clean the surface finish only using water and mid soap; dry with a
soft cloth. Never use rough cloth, abrasives or chemical cleaners containing acids or harsh
solvents.
Bulb Replacement: Use 40-watt max. candelabra-base incandescent bulbs or 9-watt max.
candelabra-base CFL bulbs or 9-watt max. candelabra-base LED bulbs.

WARRANTY
Manufacturer warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for
one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover parts becoming defective due to misuse, accidental damage,
improper handling and/or installation and specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages. Product found to be defective may or may not be replaced with same
or like type product contingent on the nature of the defect, and or replacement availability and
or compensated for at a prorated value.
