• Do not cool excessively indoors. This may be harmful for your health and may consume more
electricity.
• Block sunlight with blinds or curtains while you are operating the air conditioner.
• Keep doors or windows closed tightly while you are operating the air conditioner.
• Adjust the direction of the air flow vertically or horizontally to circulate indoor air.
• Speed up the fan to cool or warm indoor air quickly, in a short period of time.
• Open windows regularly for ventilation as the indoor air quality may deteriorate if the air condi-

Since up to 3 outdoor units can be connect-
ed to 1 communication module, do not mix
the communication line with the pipe tem-
perature sensors that are connected to
each of the outdoor units.
Make sure to install the temperature/
humidity sensors that meets the specifica-
tions to the SA (supply)/RA (ventilation).
(Spec: -40 °C~70 °C, RH 0~95 %,
AC 24 V / DC 0~10 V)
The Control Kit and Driver Kit must be con-
nected with a communication line in order to
start the SA (supply)/RA(ventilation).
(For more details, please refer to Fan Driver
Connection in page 41.)
h Refer to Rated Fan Output Port in the
Wiring Diagram when using a rated fan
motor.
When applying an optional sensor for certain
installation sites, configure the settings in
HMI in accordance with the site conditions.
(For more details on settings, refer to About
HMI.)
When using Capacity Control: Make sure to
install 'Central Control PI485' on the out-
door unit. After installing the Control Kit, set
the address for outdoor units, starting from
No. 1. Incorrect outdoor unit address can
cause the product to malfunction.
After all the installation steps have been
completed, set the values necessary for
running the product by setting the HMI sys-
tem. (For more information, refer to HIM
System Settings.)
