AID,incom
pliancewiththeCustomerProtectionLaw(Ley23/2003,July10th,ofWarranty in
theSaleofConsumerGoods,BOEno.165,11/07/2003),offersDirectWarra ntytoSpainand
Portugal customers for all our brands’ products: ZIPY, MUSE, NEW ONE, AC‐RAYAN, TNB,
BARKAN,BRASFORMA,THECOMPLEMENTS,andGOBYZIPY,underthefollowingconditions:
A–Ourprod
uctshaveatwoyear warranty.Duringthefirstyearoriginaldefectsthatmay be
detected are repaired. In those cases stipulated by law, the buyer will be entitled to the
replacement of the device by a new one, provided that the defects are not due to the
negligenceorexclusivefaultofthe buyerin handlingthedevice.Duringthesecondyearthe
buyer will need to prove that the malfunctioning of the device is due to a manufacturing
defect.Inbothcasesthewarrantywillapplyprovidedthat:
1.Th
eproducthasbeenusedforitsdestinedpurposealone.
2.Itwas notopened, ma
nipulatedor alteredinanywaybysomeoneother than theOff icial
TechnicalService.
3. It hasnot undergon
e shock, flood, overheating, electric overcharge orany other externa l
circumstancethatmayconstituteapossiblereasonofINVALIDATINGthewarranty.
4.Thep
roductwillbereturnedtoAIDinproperpackagingtogeth erwiththereceiptwherethe
brandandtypeof product,thedateofthe purchase,the nameandaddressoftheshopthat
solditandthereasonforthemalfunctioningshouldbeclearlystated.
Anyofthefol
lowingcircumstancesinvalidatesthepresentwarranty:
1.Breakingtheports,thescreenortheglass.
2.Lossofliquidfromthescreen.
3. Wearing out, obvious marks of in
correct mani pulation, unappropiate use, ill‐treatment,
shock,falls,dirt,andsoon.
4. Th
e data contained inthe products are under no circumstances covered by any warranty
whatsoever, nor are they to be considered during the physical repairing process of the
products.AIDguaranteesabsoluteconfidentialityofthedata.
5.AID doesnotcoverthei
ncorrectconfigurationorinstalationofthesoftware/hardwareon
thepartoftheclient,neitherasacomponentnorasaperipheric,includedprives/controllers
included.
