SlopeSafety

heavyend.Mostotherattachmentsmakethefront

Control

Afteryouattachthe4-in-1buckettothemountplate

ofthetractionunit,ensurethatthehydrauliccouplers

areconnected.Startandrunthemachineatfull

throttle(maximumenginespeed).

BucketOperation

Withthejawscompletelyclosed,youcanusethis

attachmentasastandardbucket.Youcanalsoopen

the4-in-1bucketjawstodumpthecontentsintoa

higherareathanastandardbucketcanreach.

Whenloadingmaterial,alwayshavethebucketlevel

tothegroundandmoveforwardintothematerialto

belifted.Whenthebucketisfull,tiltitrearwardto

decreasetheliftingresistancewhenyoulifttheload.

Whentransportingaload,keepthebucketasclose

tothegroundaspossible.

LevellerOperation

Withthejawscompletelyopen,youcanusethe

bucketoor’srearcuttingedgeasaleveller.Tipthe

bucketslightlyforwardsothattherearcuttingedgeof

thebucketoorisonthegroundandtheforwardedge

isofftheground.Lowerthecuttingedgeandbegin

levelingbydraggingitinreverseacrossthesurface

oftheground.

BladeOperation

Withthejawscompletelyopen,youcanusetheback

ofthebucketasabladetopushmaterial.Youcan

alsopartiallyclosethejawsandusingthebottomof

thefrontbuckettoknockthetopofclumpsandgrade

withtherearblade.

Whenscraping,levellingandsurfacestripping,lower

thebladetotheground,ensuringthatthecuttingedge

makescontact.Thebladewillbiteintothesoilasyou

moveforward.

•Cleantheareaoftrash,branches,androcks

beforebeginningbladeworktopreventequipment

damage.

•Alwaysbeginwiththeslowestgroundspeed

possible.Increasespeedifconditionspermit.

•Whenscraping,leveling,andsurfacestripping,

lowerthebladetotheground,ensuringthatthe

cuttingedgemakescontact.Thebladebitesinto

thesoilasyoumove.

GrappleBucketOperation

Usethesidejawsforpickingupmaterialbyclosing

themoverobjectsormaterialstobetransported

(Figure3).
