Hold
To place a call on hold:
-Press the hold button . Your call will go on hold and start to blink
To resume your call:
-Press the hold button again or the line key that your call is held on
Transfer
To transfer a call without announcing it:
-(With your line active), press the key on the right of your phone
(this places your caller on hold)
-Dial the number of the person you want to transfer the call to and press the
To transfer a call with announcing it:
-(With your line active), press the key on the right of your phone
(this places your caller on hold)
-Dial the number of the person you want to transfer the call to and after the called party has
answered the phone and accepted, press
Conference
To conference another person in your call:
-(With your line active), press the “Options” button and select “Services”
-Select “Conference”
-Dial the third party
-When the third party answers and announce yourself, press the “Options”
button and select “Services” and “Conference” again
To go into Voicemail
From your phone
-dial *99
-enter your password
From an outside line
-Dial (902)442-6060
-enter your 10 digit # (include the 902)
-press #
-enter your password
From someone else’s phone
-dial *99
-press *
-dial 10 digit # (include the 902)
-press #
-enter password
Remember
-Always ensure you do not leave the voice mail password at 2015
-Always remember to press the button (on your screen) after dialing
-Always put your call on hold, the phones are sensitive and will hear everything you say
