1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING

Before installation, be sure that all sources of power have
been shut off. There is a danger of electric shock.
Do not turn on the power until all installation works is
complete.
Installation work must be performed in accordance with
national wiring standards by authorized personnel only.
Discharge static electricity before the installation.

Do not pull on connectors with too much force.
2. ABOUT THE UNIT
2.1. General
This bracket is for installing the External input and output
PCB (option) to the duct type air conditioner. Before
installing, please have the installation manual of the indoor
unit on hand for detailed information.
2.2. Parts and accessories
The following installation parts are supplied.

3. INSTALLATION WORK
3.1. Preparation of the External input and
output PCB (option)
1) Fix the spacers (4 pcs) and wire with connector supplied with
the External input and output PCB (option).

3.2. Installing the PCB bracket to the
indoor unit
1) Open the control box cover as shown in the installation
manual of the indoor unit.
2) Insert the tab on the left side of the PCB bracket to the slit
in the control box.
3) Fix the PCB bracket with 2 screws (accessories).
4) Attach the spacer, cable tie holder and cable clamp.

CAUTION
When attaching the PCB bracket, be careful not to pinch
other wires inside the control box.
5) Attach the External input and output PCB to the PCB
bracket
3.3.
Connecting to the indoor unit main PCB
1) Attach the wire with connector to the indoor unit main PCB.
For details, refer to the indoor unit installation manual.
Bind the excess cable with the cable tie.
2) Use the cable clamp to bind the cables (locally purchased)
for connected devices.
3) Fasten the cables separately to the cable tie holder with
the cable ties (accessories).

4) Close the control box cover after all work is nished.
