BIOS update. Starting from December 13, 2022 BIOS version 1.13.00 will be adopted.

BIOS section, referring to PCN20220086.
Reason for Change:
Errata MEM#04 related to TI Tiva TM4E* silicon revision 6.
Customer Impact of Change and Recommended Action:
BIOS update on deployed units is mandatory for S/Ns integrating TM4E* silicon revision 6. Please refer to your SECO representative for
detailed information.
BIOS version 1.13.00 is compatible with all TM4E* silicon revisions.
Starting from BIOS version 1.13.00 uptime counter feature won't be supported.
Associated schedule:
The new BIOS will be adopted from December 13, 2022.
