Polycom SoundStation Wireless Microphone System

The Polycom SoundStation Wireless Microphone System enhances the capabilities of your SoundStation or SoundStation EX audioconferencing system by allowing presenters or participants to move around the conference room while speaking. It operates on a long-range, interference-free VHF high band frequency, ensuring clear and reliable audio transmission. The system includes a receiver and a transmitter, both of which are easy to set up and use.

The receiver connects to the SoundStation's AUX connector via an RCA cable and powers on using an AC power adapter. It features a softwire antenna that should be fully extended for maximum range. The transmitter, which clips onto a belt or can be placed in a pocket, houses the microphone and a 9V battery.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the Wireless Microphone is not working, check the following:
Ensure that the Receiver is ON.
Ensure that the Transmitter is ON.
Check to see if the Low Battery LED (3) is illuminated on the Transmitter. If so, replace the
9 V battery.
Ensure that the Signal LED (4) on the Receiver is illuminated. If the Signal LED is OFF, move
the Transmitter closer to the Receiver. If the Signal LED still does not turn ON, the Mute
Adjustment must be modified. To adjust the Mute, simply insert a small flathead screwdriver
into the Mute Adjustment socket and turn until the signal light turns ON.
