QUICK SETUP GUIDE
Congratulations on your purchase of this Dynex Power Hub with
Surge Protection.
Features
Two USB charging or power ports, 2.1A total charge
current—Fast charging for two smartphones or one tablet.
500 joules surge protection—Protects your devices from
damaging power surges and spikes.
Protected LED indicator—Lights when the surge protection
feature is working properly. If this LED does not light or goes out,
the surge protection feature has reached full capacity and can no
longer absorb additional surges and spikes. The surge protector
should be replaced if this light goes out.
Using your power hub
1 Plug the surge protector into the upper outlet of a standard 120V
AC outlet, with the plastic plug in the ground jack of the lower
outlet.
2 Plug the power cords from up to two devices into the AC outlets
on the surge protector.
3 The USB ports can be used to charge or power certain USB
devices.
