WARNING:Ensurethattherearenopersons,toolsorobstructionsunderneaththevehiclepriortolowering.
WARNING:Donotadjusttheoverloadbypassvalveunderanycircumstance.
PRIORTOOPERATION:
Airmaybecometrappedinthehydraulicsystemduringtransit.
ToPurgeAir
1. Insertthehandleintothesocketandsecureitwiththesetscrewprovided.
2. Turnthehandlecounterclockwiseuntilreleasevalveisopen;pumpthejackseveraltimestopurgetheaccumulated
airinthe
system.
3. Turnthehandleclockwisetoclosethereleasevalve.Thejackisnowreadytouse.
OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS:
To Lift a Vehicle:
Turnthehandleclockwise.Movethehandleupanddown.Usethefullstrokeofthepistonforgreaterspeed.

Supportthevehiclewithappropriatejackstands.
Liftthevehicletoremovethejackstands,ensuringthattherearenopersonsorobstructionsunderthevehicle.
Turnthehandlecounterclockwise.
MAINTENANCE:
Important: Both the maintenance and repair of the jack may only be per formed by qualified persons, who have sufficient
knowledgeofthehydraulicsystemusedinthesejacks
Regularlylubricatethemovingpartsinthewheels,arms,handleandpumprollerpin.
Onlyoriginalreplacementpartsshouldbeused.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: NEVERusebrakefluidORtransmissionfluidforlubrication,orforfillingthe
hydraulicsystem.UseONLYqualityhydraulicjackoilforlubricationandfillingofthehydraulicsystem.
Whenthejackisnotinuse,makesuretheliftingarmisfullyretractedtoavoidcorrosion.
Replacethehydraulicfluidinthereservoiratleastonceayear.Tocheckthehydraulicfluidlevel,lowerthelifting
armcompletely.
Thehydraulicfluidlevelshouldbejust
belowthefillerplug.Iftheoilis toolow,thejackwillnotraisetoitsadvertised
maximumheight.Replenishifnecessary,andreinstalltherubberfillerplug.Donotoverfillthejack.Excessive
hydraulicoilmayrenderthejackinoperative.
Inspectthejackbeforeeachuse.Take
correctiveactionorremovethejackfromserviceifanyofthefollowing
problemsarefound:
A. Crackedordamagedframe
B. Leakinghydraulicfluid
C. Scored,damagedpistonrod
D. Loosehardware
E. Modifiedequipment
Keepwarninglabelsandinstructionaldecalscleanandreadable.Youmayuseamild
soapsolutiontowashexternalsurfaces
ofthejack.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
CAUTION:Topreventpersonalinjury,allinspection,maintenance,andrepair proceduresmustbeperformedwhen
thejackisfreeofload.
