Dual Adjustable Pulley Installation Checklist

Use the checklist below to ensure proper installation of Star Trac Dual Adjustable Pulley:

 Upon receipt inspect packaging for damage – Report all damages to Core Health and Fitness upon

receipt, notate all damages on the BOL

 Ensure all hardware and parts in the package are accounted for

 Make sure the weight plate’s LB denominations are in sequential order on each weight stack

 When placing the weight plates ensure the LNL switch is near the back of the unit. The two weight

stacks will mirror each other

 Make sure the set screws at the bottom of the guide rods are tightened

 Check all weldments for straightness, perpendicularity and parallelism

 Ensure all screws, bolts, and nuts are tightened and torqued down to their specified values. This

includes all pre assembled assemblies.

 When placing this unit on a dolly remove the shrouds to prevent damage to the shrouds/shroud

brackets

 Make sure the proper instruction placards and warning labels are correct and not damaged or missing

 Ensure the shrouds are not damaged and all badges are present

 Ensure all handgrips are in good order and not ripped or gouged

 Apply 3 in 1 oil to the guide rods and adjustable pulley column

 Perform full function test upon final placement

 Overall visual & cosmetic inspection: All equipment is to be wiped down and checked for defects prior to

leaving the facility. Installer is to contact an authorized Core Health & Fitness representative while on site, if

there are any issues that have not been resolved.
