GE Lighting Solutions Architectural LED System Warranty

GE Lighting Solutions, LLC, provides the following limited warranty for the periods shown below. This limited warranty

covers GE Architectural LED system components listed below operated with the appropriate GE LED driver (for

modules without an integral driver) and installed per written installation instructions.

GE Lighting Solutions, LLC, warrants each GE Architectural LED system component listed below to comply with

its respective published specifications, to be free from defects in material, workmanship, title, and to operate

from the date of manufacture for the time periods and subject to the Terms and Conditions specified below. If

the GE LED Lighting System component fails to operate for the warranty period, GE Lighting Solutions, LLC, will

provide free replacement of the failed product in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

hours, maximum operating and environmental conditions; other operating cycles may affect warranty period. Contact your GE Lighting

Solutions Representative for details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This limited warranty only applies when GE Architectural LED system components are properly wired and installed

together as a system; are operated within the electrical values shown on the product labels; used in lighting

equipment designed and approved for the application and in environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) within

the normal specified operating range of the system.

This warranty does not apply to any acts of God or as a result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or use in violation

of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use in installations including those contained in the latest National

Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), Standards for the American

National Standards Institute (ANSI), in Canada, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Europe (CE), Australia (C-

Tick). This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress, including

under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles and operating hours and operation at an ambient

temperature higher than 40 degrees C lasting greater than 10 hours. Replacement of the GE LED Lighting System

with LED light components of other manufacturers will void entire warranty.

WARRANTY SERVICE CLAIMS

GE Lighting Solutions, LLC, must issue an RMA# for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain

the failed products and notify a GE Lighting Solutions Customer Service Manager within thirty (30) days of the failure.

If you are unsure whether a situation exists that is covered by this warranty, please contact GE Lighting Solutions

Customer Service for assistance.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

After contacting and receiving RMA#, the purchaser/user shall promptly return the product after receiving

instructions regarding if, when and where to ship the product. Product must be returned within 30 days of receiving

RMA#. Shipping box must be clearly marked with RMA#. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty.

GE Lighting Solutions reserves the right to examine all failed GE Architectural LED System components to determine

the cause of failure and patterns of usage and reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether any of the

components are defective and covered under this warranty.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

The foregoing shall constitute the exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of GE Lighting Solutions for

GE Architectural LED system warranties. IN PARTICULAR, NO WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED. In no event shall GE Lighting Solutions be liable for any other

costs or damages, including lost profits or revenues, incidental, special or consequential damages.
