Southbend BGMTS-40 is a versatile Tilting Braising Pan that can be used for various cooking methods. One vessel cooking is possible by utilizing the braising pan as a griddle, fry pan, kettle, oven, thawer, and bain marie.

The braising pan is heated by bar burners and has a 5/8” thick stainless steel clad bottom for maximum ease of cleaning. It has a stainless steel, spring-assisted cover for safe, one-handed operation. The hydraulic tilt assembly is operated by a switch on the control panel, ensuring smooth action and precise control during pouring.

The BGMTS-40 has a solid-state thermostat and an electronic ignition system for burners. It comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty.
