padded surface like carpet or blanket. Check that you have all parts indicated. Call customer service if hardware is
missing. Before beginning assembly, carefully study the diagrams below and sort your hardware according to the
pictures. Using the incorrect hardware will cause damage.

Figure 1
Remove bolts (3), spring washers (4),
and flat washers (5) with allen wrench
(1) and remove connecting bar from the
side frame (B).
Don’t discard bolts (3), spring washers
(4), and flat washers (5). Please keep
them to be used in Figure 3.

Attach side frame (C) to side frame (B)
by hand as shown.

Attach connecting bar (D) to assembled
unit with long bolts (3), spring washers
(4), and flat washers (5). Tighten all
bolts (3) using allen wrench (1) as
shown.

Align the holes on the metal plate (6)
with the base holes and insert short
bolts (2), spring washers (4), and flat
washers (5) into the holes. Fasten all
bolts (2) with allen wrench (1).

Insert glass pads (7) into holes on top
frame as shown on figure 4.
If base is not level, please adjust the
leg’s leveler by hand as shown.

Place glass top (A) on each glass pad
as shown in figure 5.
