Installing Windows Collector
Before You Begin
EnsurethattheWindowsmachineonwhichtheCollectorisbeinginstalledmeetstheminimumrequirements

Deployment
To deploy Windows Collector on a Windows machine
1 DownloadtheVMwarevCenterADMWindowsCollectorexecutablefilefromVMwareWebsitetoyour
localWindowsmachine.
2Doubleclicktheexecutablefile.
TheInstallShieldWizardscreenappears.
3ClickNext.TheLicenseAgreementscreenappears.
4Readthelicense,selectIacceptthetermsofthelicenseagreement,andclickNext.

InstallationFolderscreenappears.
5Ifyouwanttochangethedefaultinstallationlocation,clickChangeandselectthepreferredinstallation
directory.
