Operation of Buttons, Digital Display, Lights
CHANNEL
SELECTOR
Each press of

s button advances the display to the next channe

To
view time
in
any channel press

e CHANNEL SELECTOR button.
START/STOP
Each pre

of this button starts the unit timing or stops timing.
ALARM
OFF
Each press of

s button turns off

e alarm regardle

Each press of

button either increases
or
decreases the

e on
th
e digital display. By pressing
the
key once and releasing
it,

e numbers will change one at a

e.
By holding
th
e button down for
several seconds, the numbers will change rapidly. Keep
in
mind that
it
is
fa
ster
to
se
t high numbers by approaching them with the TIME
SET+
button. Simu

MINUTE/SECOND MODE
With the display

Blinking decimals
on the digital display indicate that time is running
in

e channel being displayed.

To

simultaneously.
If
you wish to use 24-hour military tim
e,
first reset
th
e display by press-
ing both
TIME
SET++
buttons simultaneously.
Now,
simultaneously
press the following three buttons
ST
ART/STOP,
TIME
SET+, and
CHANNEL SELECTOR.
Thi
s will convert the display
in
the clock chan-
nel
to
24-hour tim
e.
To
return
to
12-hour time, repeat this procedure.
CHANNEL1
Countdown timing capacity
is
100 hours
to
1 second.
Press
a TIME
SE
T button
to
se
t the time
in
minutes and hours. By pressing a TIME
SET
button once and releasing
it,
the numbe
rs
will change one
at
a
time.
By
holding the button down for several seconds, the display will
change rapidly. After the time
is
se
t,
press the
ST
AR~/STOP
button
to
begin timing down. The blinking decimal on the digital display indicates
th
at time is running.
If
you
do
not choose
to
start timing right away,
the
time
se
t will be reta
in
ed until you either change the
time
or
begin tim-
ing. This preprogramming
will be retained even
if
you
change chan-
n
els.
Countdown times
of
more
th
an
one hour are displayed
in
hour and
minute
in
crements. Hour/minute timing
is
indicated by one lighted
decimal
on the display (00.00). Countdown times
of

ss
than one hour
a
re
displayed in minute and second increment
s.
Minute/second timing
is indicated by two lighted
decimals on

e display (.

.00).

alarm, press the ALARM OFF button regardless of which channel

being displayed.
Memory

timing repetitive intervals, the memory function will

Channels 2 and 3 are

Channel 4 is identical

Channel 5 is a stopwatch channel. The channel

MULTIPLE CHANNELS ALARMING
If
two or more channe
ls
are alarming at the same time, the unit will
sound the highe

numbered channel's alarm.
As
you turn off

channel's alarm by pressing the ALARM OFF but-
