sprinklersystemswhenitisnecessarytomonitorunauthorizeduseof
water.Foruseinnon-healthhazardapplications.
Specifications
TheColtC300,C300NDoubleCheckDetectorAssembliesshallconsist
oftwoindependentTri-LinkCheckmoduleswithinasinglehousing,
sleeveaccessport,fourtestcocksandtwodriptightshutoffvalves.
Tri-LinkChecksshallberemovableandserviceable,withouttheuseof
specialtools.Thehousingshallbeconstructedof304(Schedule40)
stainlesssteelpipewithgrooveendconnections.Tri-LinkChecksshall
havereversibleelastomerdiscsandinoperationshallproducedriptight
closureagainstthereverseflowofliquidcausedbybackpressureor
backsiphonage.Thebypassassemblyshallconsistofameter,which
registersineithergallonorcubicmeasurement,adoublecheckvalve
assemblyandrequiredtestcocks.AssemblyshallbeaColtC300,C300N
asmanufacturedbytheAmesCompany.
