Pacific Dualies, Inc. warranties its stainless steel wheel simulators and
associated accessories against defects in material, finish and workman-
ship on a limited lifetime basis providing that the original owner has
properly installed and maintained the vehicle and its accessories. Pacific
Dualies is not responsible for factory wheel and rim variances. Pacific
Dualies’ warranty applies only to the original purchaser and owner of the
products being returned. Should any of the above mentioned products
lose its shine or be deemed defective, Pacific Dualies will repair or replace
the product in question, free of charge.
The warranty on defective merchandise is limited to repair or replace-
ment only of the item in question. Pacific Dualies, Inc. at our option will
repair or replace the product in question. Repairs or replacements will be
by the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. Merchandise returns will not
be accepted for any reason without prior authorization (RGA number)
from Pacific Dualies, Inc. and must be accompanied by an original receipt
or warranty claim card found in the original instruction manual. All
returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid to our warehouse.
This warranty does not cover any additional installation costs incurred by
the customer.

Wheel Simulator Mounting Instructions
Mounting style designed with strong steel gripping teeth reinforced by
springs that grasp firmly onto the wheel of the vehicle holding the
simulator securely in place. Removal of (OEM) lug-nuts are not required.
Snap-On (Style 2)
Over-The-Lug Mounting Style (Style 3)
Mounting style designed with built-in jam nuts that screw over the
original equipment (OEM) studs on the wheel. Removal of (OEM) lug-nuts
are not required.
Wheel Simulator Kit Contains:
Item 1. (2) Stainless Steel Front
Wheel Simulators
Item 2. (2) Stainless Steel Rear
Wheel Simulators
Installation:
Step 1. Align either a front or rear simulator to the corresponding
(OEM) wheel.
Step 2. With a quick firm nudge, press the simulator into the (OEM)
wheel - making sure that the wheel simulator snaps securely
into place.
Step 3. Repeat Steps 1& 2 on each of the remaining (OEM) wheel

Item 3. Lug-nut covers w/Jam-nuts.

Item 5. (1) Lug-nut/Jam-nut Removal Tool
Installation:
Step 1. Begin by sliding on a front or rear wheel simulator cover onto the
vehicle wheel without removing any of the OEM lug-nuts - allowing
four of the OEM lug-nuts and studs to clear the four enlarged holes
on the wheel simulator cover.
Step 2. Carefully bolt on the Pacific Dualies lug-nut covers - securing them to
the remaining threading left on the OEM studs.
Warning - *Hand Tighten using tool provided*
Warning - **Do Not Use Impact Wrench**
Step 3. Snap on the Pop-Out Center Plates on to the center of the
corresponding wheel simulator cover.

Four Lug Nut Removal Bolt On
Wheel Simulator Kit Contains:

Item 4. Snap-on Lugnut covers
Installation:
Step 1. Begin by removing every “other” OEM lug nut from the wheel
application.
Step 2. Slide on either a front or rear wheel simulator cover onto the
corresponding wheel, allowing every other OEM stud to clear
the holes on the wheel simulator.
Step 3. Re-apply the removed OEM lug nuts - securely fastening the
wheel simulator to the OEM Wheel.
Step 4. Snap on the provided Pacific Dualies snap-on lugnut covers,
securing them to the OEM lugnuts that now sit above the
wheel simulator cover.
Step 5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for each of the remaining wheels.
Mounting style designed with every other lug nut removal per wheel.
Lug Nut Style (Style 4) Bolt-On Style (Style 1)
The Bolt-on mounting style is designed to bolt onto the wheel by using
the original equipment (OEM) lug-nuts.

Item 3. (2) Front Retainer Rings
Item 4. (2) Stainless Steel Rear

Installation:
Step 1. Begin by removing “all” OEM lug nuts from the wheel.
Step 2. Slide on either a front or rear wheel simulator onto the
corresponding wheel allowing the OEM studs to clear the
holes on the wheel simulator cover.
Step 3. Slide on one of the retainer rings allowing the OEM studs to
clear the holes on the retainer rings.
Step 4. Bolt “all” OEM lug nuts to the wheel, securing the wheel
simulator cover and the retainer ring.
Step 5. Slide on corresponding front or rear center cap and secure it
to the retainer ring with the 2 retainer ring screws supplied.
Step 6. Repeat Steps 1-5 for each of the remaining wheels.
