1.1 Usage

Digital tension meter is a kind of tension testing equipment which is easy portable and lower

power,it’s characteristic is small size,light weight,easy to carry,wide scope of application,high

precision and so on .Apply to relay contact pressure,electronic switch ,micro auto-phone equipment

and armature pressure and so on .

2.1 Outline Structure

（To test dental arch wire tension force）

2.1.1 ON/OFF：Press this button,power on /off.

2.1.2SET：Enter into setting menu via this button.

2.1.3UNIT/▽：Press this button to switch units in measuring interface ,it can move down when in

setting interface.

2.1.4ZERO：In measuring interface,press this button to clear the screen.

2.1.5PEAK/△：Press this button to switch peak state in measuring interface,it can be move up when

in setting interface.

2.1.6CLEAR：It has same function with ZERO button ,more convenient for using.

2.1.7Mesauring rod：Used for testing the force value.

 Usage & Operation

3.1 Arrangements and check before using

3.1.1 The instrument has no function of charging,should be check whether the measurement rod is fixed before

using ,should be check whether the sensor is in good response or not .

3.1.2 The new instrument has built-in battery isolation ,if the it can not start on,put the battery isolation out first

and then re-start.

3.2 The operation and instruction in use

3.2.1 （ HIDT ） Upper limit value setting: If it exceed the upper limit value,the screen

shows”MAX”.Power on ,enter into measuring interface, press “SET” key into setting interface, press

again to enter into upper limit value setting ,press “ ”key and“ ”,to choose the number you

need ,press “SET” key to save,and it will back to setting interface automatically .As the pictures

shows：

Lower limit value setting：Press“SET”key enter into lower limit value setting，

Press“ ”and“ ”to adjust the number,choose the number you need,Press“SET”key to save

and enter into next function .As the picture shows:：

3.2.3 （OFFT）Automatically show down time setting：you can choose minute from 1 to 100,you can

also choose “0000”for not shut down .Default shutdown time is ten minutes. Press “SET” key to

enter into setting shut down automatically .Press

““ ”and“ ” to adjust number,and then press “SET” key to save.

3.2.4、（RESET）Factory reset: In this menu, press “SET” key to recover to factory resetting ,the

instrument shut down.

3.3 Test

3.3.1 Turn on .

3.3.2 Choose the parameter you need.

3.3.3 Choose the unit you need.

3.3.4 To make test with hands or other equipment,when in use, only use the test rod toggle the

tested object, from the static state to the required position, the surface of the measured object and

the direction of force must always be vertical.

4.1 Daily maintenance and repair

4.1.1 Storage and use in a dry environment.

4.1.2 Do not overload.

Note：Do not use the volatile chemicals to clean the instrument such as volatile agent,diluent and alcohol.
