Usage and Maintenance Instructions
CAUTION
Be extra careful on slippery, wet and/or uneven surfaces.
INTENDED USE
Leg brace as directed by your prescriber/physiotherapist.
PLEASE NOTE
Always consult with the prescriber/physiotherapist if you are in any doubt that this brace is suitable for
your use.
11” Fixed Walker
Small UK size 8 and under VW307
Medium UK size 9 to 11 VW307M
Large UK size 12 to 13 VW307L
17” Fixed Walker
Small UK size 8 and under VW308
Medium UK size 9 to 11 VW308M
Large UK size 12 to 13 VW308L
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Correct application is vital to the proper functioning of the brace, and it is recommended that correct
fitting is agreed with your prescriber/physiotherapist.
If numbness, tingling or other discomfort occur then loosen straps until comfortable. If these symptoms
persist, stop using the brace and consult your prescriber/physiotherapist.

Loosen straps and
remove liner from
walker.

Secure walker
straps at the toes ad
working up the leg.
Foam pads may be
used for additional
patient comfort at
certain pressure
points.

Spread the uprights
using both hands
and step into boot,
aligning uprights
with midline of the
ankle.

Place foot in liner and secure
with contact closure. Make sure
the heel fits snugly into the
posterior portion of the liner.
Fasten the foot flaps on the liner
first. Wrap and fasten the leg
position of the liner from bottom
to top. Some trimming of the
liner may be necessary to
accomplish optimum fit.
CLEANING
Clean using a non-abrasive cleaner or mild detergent with a soft cloth.
Always ensure you wipe dry after cleaning.
