WPS870G Firmware 1.10 Update Guide
Introduction
Some customers have experienced problems with the recently released
WPS870G firmware update. The WPS870G becomes unresponsive during the
update process. This new update to the utility addresses this issue.
Background
The failure indicators alternately flash USB and Parallel LEDs, and they continue
to flash after the update completes. In this state, the WPS870G is completely
inaccessible and no longer functions as a print server.
The following procedure corrects this failure and insures that the update process
completes successfully.
Installing the WPS870G Update Utility

website.

b. Scroll down the page and locate the WPS870G. The update package is
in the “Drivers and Updates” column. Download and save the file to your
desktop.
