T670 Operation
1. Start Functions:
Functions: Press the Quick Start to start operation.
Operation: (1) “SPORTSART – T670E” appears on the start up screen.
After two seconds, “SELECT PROGRAM OR QUICKSTART” scrolls across
the screen. Press the QUICK START key or press the PROGRAM key to enter
user information.
(2) PROGRAM indicator flashes.
Press a program key. The related indicator lights. And the program name appears in
the message window for two seconds. For instance, if you press the <RANDOM>
key, RANDOM LED lights, and “RANDOM” appears.
(3)WORKOUT GOAL indicator flashes.
Separately press TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES keys to set workout goals and
range.
ENTER TIME
”ENTER DIST”
”ENTER CALORIES” appears respectively.
Press the <>/<> or numerical keys to set exercise goals. Then press the
<ENTER> key to confirm your choice.
(4) Set user age and weight.
When “ENTER AGE” appears, enter the age value, then press the <ENTER>
key to confirm your choice. When “ENTER WEIGHT-KG””LB“ appears, enter the
weight value, then press the <ENTER> key to confirm your weight.
(5) After establishing your settings, you can begin your workout.

2.SPEED Key
Function: Set speed function
Operation: (1) Press the SPEED <> key. Values in the speed window increase. Speed increases.
(2) Press the SPEED <> key. Values in the speed window decrease. Speed decreases
(3) SPEED range: 0.2~24 KPH (0.1~15 MPH).
3.INCLINE Key Function
Function: Set treadmill incline position.
Operation: (1) Press the INCLINE<> key. Values in the incline window increase.Incline operates up.
(2) Press the INCLINE<> key. Values in the incline window decrease. Incline operates down.
(3) INCLINE range: 0~15; increments of 05.
4.FAN Key Function
Function: Operate the fan
Operation: (1) Press the <FAN> key. Fan operation toggles as follows: Low -> middle -> high -> off.
(2) Display shows “FAN LOW,” “FAN MID,” “FAN HIGH,” “FAN STOP.”
(3) When no one is exercising on the unit, press the <FAN> key for three seconds to turn off the
display.
5.STOP Key Function
Function: Leave an exercise program.
Operation: (1) In QUICKSTART mode, press theSTOP key to leave the exercise program.
(2) If in the START mode, having entered user information, press theSTOP key to
stop exercising. Feedback pauses as is.
(3) In any mode, hold theSTOP key three seconds to leave the present mode
and return to start up screen.

6.Display Lock/Unlock Key
Function: Toggle between two rows of exercise feedback information
Operation: (1) Press the <Display Lock/Unlock>
key during exercise to toggle between exercise feedback views.
Corresponding indicators light. Top row: CALORIESSPEEDTIMEDISTANCE.
Bottom row: CAL/HRMETSPACEINCLINE.
(2) In scan mode (the SCAN indicator lights); the display view toggles between the two rows of
feedback every six seconds. In scan mode, press the <Display Lock/Unlock> key again to cancel
scan mode (the SCAN indicator extinguishes) and keep viewing the present row of feedback.
Press the <Display Lock/Unlock> key again to return to scan mode.
7.CLEAR Key
Function: Clear entered values to 0.
Operation: Press to clear entered values to 0.
8.PROGRAM Key
Function: Select exercise programs.
Operation: (1) Press any PROGRAM key. Its corresponding LED lights.
(2) Programs include TRACKRANDOMGLUTEINTERVAL5K10KWT LOSS
