Care and Maintenance

Our shades are easy to keep fresh and new looking for years. Dust regularly with a

feather duster or other light duster. You may also vacuum lightly using a brush

attachment.

For light soil (dirt that is on the surface of the material), we recommend that the

spot be cleaned gently with a soft cloth or sponge. Use a mild detergent.

Limited Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchanges or returns are accepted up

to 90 days from date of purchase with your receipt, 1 year for manufacturers

defect.

Go through retailer for returning or refunds.

Exchanges: we offer replacement for verified purchases in warranty period.

However, on some products produced by hand, we cannot guarantee exact

matches due to natural variations of color, grain, and texture in the materials.

Replacement parts (i.e. screws, brackets, end caps) are available directly from

Welcome Industrial Corporation. See your Home Depot Associate for instructions.

This warranty does not cover any condition of damage to blind and shades from

unauthorized repairs, alterations, normal wear and tear, exposure to elements,

fading, discoloration or failure to follow Welcome Industrial Corporation’s

approved instructions for measurements, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
