TOOLS REQUIRED
WARNING: Disconnect the power prior to removing or installing a light fixture.
Before starting installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect
the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
Consult a qualified electrician if you have any electrical questions or need to replace
the driver.

Read all instructions before assembly and installation.
Before starting installation of the fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect
the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as
carpet or cardboard.

INSTALLATION
Thread two hex nuts (KK) onto the
nipple (HH) to the midpoint.
Thread the nipple (HH) in through
the center hole of the mounting
bracket (II) approximately 1/3 of the
way. Do not tighten the hex nuts
(KK).
Pull the supply wires out from the
outlet box.
Attach the mounting bracket (II) to
the outlet box by feeding the
mounting screws (GG) through the
slots of the mounting bracket (II) and
tightening them into the mounting
holes of the outlet box.
Thread the screw collar loop (OO) 8
to 9 turns onto the bottom end of the
nipple (HH).
Tighten the bottom hex nut (KK)
against screw collar loop (OO).
Place the canopy (CC) over the
outlet box.
Turn the screw collar loop (OO) until
the midpoint of the outer threads of
the screw collar loop (OO) align with
the bottom surface of the canopy
(CC).
Remove the canopy (CC) and
tighten the top hex nut (KK) against
the mounting bracket (II).

Screw the center tube (DD) onto the
light cluster (BB).
Screw the top loop (FF) onto the
center tube (DD).
Connect the top loop (FF) to each
cage (AA) corner loop using a
hooked rod (EE).
Attach the chain (JJ) to the top loop
(FF) using a chain link connector
(NN).
Raise the chain (JJ) and the fixture
up to the outlet box to determine the
desired length needed for
installation.
Identify the chain link that needs to
be opened to remove the excess
chain.
Open the chain link using two pair of
pliers.
Remove and discard the excess
chain.

Slide the threaded ring (MM) onto
the chain (JJ) followed by the
canopy (CC).
Attach the chain (JJ) to the screw
collar loop (OO) using a chain link
connector (NN).
Feed the cord and fixture ground
wire into the center hole of the screw
collar loop (OO), through the nipple
(HH), and then out of the outlet box.
Continue feeding the cord and fixture
ground wire until there is no slack
remaining.
Cut off any excess cord and fixture
ground wire, leaving 6 in. extending
from the outlet box.
Split and separate the fixture cord
and strip off 3/8 in. of insulation from
each wire.

NOTE: If you have electrical questions
consult your local electrical code for
approved grounding methods.
Loop the fixture ground wire around
the ground screw and leave 4 in. of
wire extending from the ground screw.
Tighten the ground screw against the
mounting bracket (II).
Connect the black supply wire to the
smooth fixture wire using a wire nut
(LL).
Connect the white supply wire to the
ribbed fixture wire using a wire nut
(LL).
Connect the fixture ground wire and
the supply ground wire together using
a wire nut (LL).
Wrap all wire connections with
electrical tape for a more secure
connection.
Carefully tuck all wire connections into
the outlet box.

Slide the canopy (CC) up the chain
(JJ), toward the outlet box, and up
against the ceiling surface.
Slide the threaded ring (MM) up the
chain (JJ) and thread it onto the
screw collar loop (OO) to secure the
canopy (CC) flush against the ceiling
surface.

NOTE: Replacement bulbs should not
exceed a 60 watt incandescent
light bulb, 13 watt SBCFL, or
equivalent LED bulb.
Install a 60 watt bulb, 13 watt SBCFL,
or equivalent LED bulb into each
socket.

NOTE: Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives. Use only
a dry soft cloth to duct or wipe carefully.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
Use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth and wipe the surface of the fixture
INTERIOR MAINTENANCE
Disconnect power to the fixture by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the
fuse at the fuse box.
Use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth to wipe the interior surface of the fixture.
Turn on power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture.

WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies
only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and
service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and
your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s
discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse,
accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed,
set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the
product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident,
misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating
to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion
of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and
tear.
The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether
expressed or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained
herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any
consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense
costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.
