A1 : side view of the curved rails
A2 : side view of the straight rail with glass panel
A3 : small screws, used to connect A18.
A4 : not included
A5 : longer screws, used to connect straight rail to curved rail.
Each connection point uses 2 screws.
A6 : stopper.
A7 : screws, used to fasten the back panel onto the base, and
fasten the frame to the back panel (need electrical drill).
A8 : screws, used to connect A6
A9 : door handles, used to attach to two small holes in the
middle of the two glass doors.
A10 : upper roller, for glass door
A11 : lower roller, for glass door
A12 : There are two types of stripes. One is plastic stripe, we
named it as A12a, used to attach to one side of each straight
glass panel. The other side of the glass panel will be attached to
the straight rail, once it is connected to the curved rail. Another
one is a pair of stripes with magnets, we named it as A12b.
(Note the original manual does not mention A12a, but you can
locate both of them in the glass panels/doors package.)
A13 : faucet hose, used to connect shower faucet (A14) to the
shower faucet handling bar (A16).
A14 : shower faucet
A15 : connectors, for water hose.
A16 : shower faucet handling bar, attach this bar to the back
panel.
A17 : mirror, already attached to the back pane.
A18 : glass panel holder, used to hold the straight glass panel
onto the curved rail.
A19 : screw with nut, already found in the hoses at the back of
the back panel.
This is the general tool set required to build this shower kit. It
includes at least: tape mearsure, adjustable wrench, phili screw
drivers, electrical drill, with provided drill bit, level, and caulk
gun. (the caulk is not provided) In addition, you may need a
rubber mallet (see 2
nd
step installation).
Tool set needed for 1
st
step.
1s Step – level off the base
A) Position the base, and adjust the legs and level off the
base.
B) Tighten the drain on the base, if needed, caulk it,
connect the drain under the base to the drain pipe.
Note: It is not necessary to do A pior to B. You can do B pior
to A. It is just a personal choice. After level off, you can move
this base to an open space, so that there is enough space to
construct the whole shower kit. When the whole shower kit is
constructed, 2 to 3 men are needed to move the finished shower
kit in place and then connect the shower kit to the drain pipe.
2
nd
Step Figure
2
nd
Step – construct a frame with 2 straight rails and 2 curved
rails.
A) Use a rubber mallet to separate the straight glass panel
from the straight rail if they are connected together. The
factory set up with glass panel and straight rail is not
correct. You have to separate them. The easy way is to
hold the glass panel and strike the straight rail lightly
until they are separate. When the glass panel separates
from the attached straight rail, a soft vinyl stripe is
seens attached with the glass panel. Keep this vinyl
stripe in place. Repeat this step for two glass panels.
B) Connect two straight rails to 2 curved rails together
using screws A5, as shown in the figure. From the view
A1, you can see two screw holes, and from the view A2
you can also see 2 screw holes on each end. (Note, the
diagram says using A3 screws is not correct) Once 2
straight rails and 2 curved rails connected together, it
forms a frame and can stand by itself.
C) Place stopper A6 using screw A8 into the holes as you
can see inside the upper and lower curved rails. Do not
put rollers A10 here yet. (Note, the figure shows that
A9 and A10 are put in place in this step is not correct).
D) Apply lard (provided, in a small plastic bag) or oil or
lubricant to the outside of the soft vinyl stripes as
described in A). Push each glass panel into into the
grove of the straight rail. Fasten the other side of glass
panel onto the curved rail using glass panel holder A18
and screws A3. Do this for another glass panel.
E) Attach the plastic stripe A12a onto each glass panel.
The other side of the plastic stripe should point inside
the shower kit.
Note: When this step is done, you can see the frame with glass
panel is built as shown in the lower part of the figure.

5
th
Step – install glass doors
Note: we suggest doing this step following the 4
th
step and in
different ways.
A) Lay down both of the glass doors (curved glass panels)
in curve up positions, the two middle holes of these two
doors should be align and side by side.
B) Decide which is the top of the glass doors (you pick
either side for both doors). Install 2 upper rollers A10
onto the top holes of each door, with the rollers facing
out or down (the curve side of the door is facing in).
C) Install 2 lower rollers A11 onto the bottom holes of
each door, with rollers facing out or down (with the
button).
D) Install the door (does not matter left of right). First hang
and push the upper rollers onto the upper track, between
two stoppers. Once the upper rollers are in track, push
down the button of the lower rollers and put them in the
track of the lower curved rail.
E) Repeat D to install another door.
F) Install the magnet stripe A12b, and push it onto edge of
each door.
G) Install door handles A9 thru the two middle holes of the
glass doors.
H) Close the two glass doors, they should magnet together.
If not, use a phili screw driver to adjust the uppper
roller, as shown in the figure.

Step Figure
3
rd
Step – secure back panel and frame onto base
A) Fasten the back panel onto the base using 4 screws A7.
You may use electrical drill to drill screw holes with the
provided drill bit, as shown in the figure.
B) Install the top onto the back panel as shown in the
figure.
C) Install shower faucet, handling bar, and hose (A13,
A14, A16) as shown in the figure.
D) The mirror A17 should be in place with the back panel.
If not, install the mirror as shown in the figure.
E) Caulk all the connections.
Note: do not install the frame at this step yet. Hold it off until
next step.

th
Step Figure
4
th
Step – install frame and check all water connectors
A) Place the frame (without glass doors) onto the base.
Align the frame with back panel.
B) Use 2 small c-clamps to clamp the frame onto the back
panel.
C) On the back of the edge of back panel, where the back
panel is aligned with frame, you may locate 6 small
bumps on each edge. Those are the suggested spots to
drill holes to connect back panel to the frame using
screw A7. If not, just follow the figure to drill 6 holes
on each side to screw the back panel onto the frame
using screw A7.
D) Caulk all connections.
E) Here we suggest to replace all rubber washers come
with the factory settings for all water connectors.
Tighten all water connectors.
F) Tighten all hose onto the water connectors. If any of the
factory hose clamp is not strong enough, just replace it
with regular c-clamp of same size.
G) Review the back view of the back panel, connect all
hoses to the brass water distributor. The lower two
connectors should connect to water sources, with the
lower right side connects to hot water supply.
Water switch operation figure
This is the view of water switch/control. It has two parts. The
low part has a small handle to switch left and right. In general,
the side with red dot is for hot water, the one with blue dot is
for cold water.
The upper part of the control is to control where the water will
come out. When you turn the upper water control, if it points to
the shower (hear a click), the water will come out from shower
faucet.
Final Step
Move the whole shower kit to the place and connect to drain to
drain pipe.
