GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
●Check that the shower base has been installed to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Please note - All product is supplied without a tray.

Opening wall adjustments
Adjustment =(35.04"-35.43")x(35.04"-35.43")[(890-900)mm(890-900)mm]
● Do not fix the wall profile to newly plastered, painted or papered walls as chemical reaction
may cause discolouration to the surface finish.
● lmportant: The wall plugs included in this pack are for solid walls only. If the product is to
be mounted on a partition or stud wall, specialized fixings should be purchased
separately.
Tools required (not supplied)

●Fixing tips; A piece of insulating tape or a couple of layers of masking tape applied to the wall
before marking out the fixing holes will help stop the drill from wandering, particularly on tiled
surfaces.
●When working near a basin or bath insert a plug into the drain, this will help you avoid losing
small parts. Also take care not to drop accessories or tools onto the bath or basin, use a
towel or bathmat to protect delicate surfaces.
●CAUTION!
Before drilling into any walls check that there are no hidden cables or pipes. Exercise great
care when using power tools near water. The use of a residual current device (RCD) or
cordless drill is recommended. Always double check the positioning and measurements
before drilling holes.
●This product is heavy and requires two people during lifting and operations.
●Glass is delicate, support on cardboard to minimize risk of damage.

This hinged corner entry can be installed in left and right hand. The steps below are based on
left hand
installation. For the right hand, please follow the steps below in the reverse direction.

-Put the wall profile 6FR09 and small wall jamb
6FR01 against the wall and ensure they are
vertical
by spirit level.
-Drill the holes(φ6mm)accordingly.
-Insert wall plugs 6FR05(8x) into the holes.
-Fasten the wall profile and wall jamb on the wall
with screws 6FR04(4x).

-Apply the silicone sealant to the inside of the top and bottom pivot
6FR17 and 6FR19,
-Lay the front panel 6FR08 on foam blocks, mount the pivots on the top
and bottom of panel by using the tube 6FR29 as shown below .

cam. The bottom pivot and bottom bracket have cams. Please
do not mix them together.

-Put some lube 6FR27 into the bottom pivot bracket of the vertical
profile 6FR11.
-Insert the bottom pivot into the bottom pivot bracket.
-Cover the top pivot bracket 6FR16 on the top pivot ,then fasten
them with screw 6FR15(1X).

- Attach the vertical cushion sealer 6FR24 on the edge of front panel.
- Measure the size of the bottom anti-water sealer 6FR22, cut off the extra part.
- Apply the silicone sealeant on the anti-water sealer ,then attach it on the bottom of
glass panel.

-Insert the front panel 6FR08 into the wall profile 6FR09
-Insert the side panel 6FR03 into the small wall jamb 8FR01.
-There is a
10mm adjustment between the wall profile and glass panel.

-Adjust the
front panel and side panel to make them match each
other in well position.
-From inside ,drill through the vertical profile into wall profile where
shown,using a φ2.8 drill bit 6FR28.
-Fix vertical profile and wall profile together using screws 6FR13(4x)with
screw seats 6FR14(4x)and caps 6FR12(4x).

-Put the glass clipper 6FR02c on the side panel, fasten the bottom of clipper with inner screws using hex hey 6FR26.
-Insert one side of support bar 6FR02a into the the glass clipper.
-Attach the wall bracket 6FR02d on the other side of support bar,ensure it is level by sprint level,and mark the position of wall bracket on
the wall.
-Take off the wall bracket from the support bar and mark the holes' position on the wall.
-Drill the holes(φ6mm)on the wall accordingly,and insert the wall plugs 6FR05(2x) into the holes.
-Fix the wall bracket seat 8FR02f on the wall with screws 6FR02e.
-Put the bottom cover 6FR02b on the glass clipper and fasten one side of support bar into glass clipper with inner screws using the hex
key 6FR26.
-Insert the other side of the support bar into the wall bracket 8FR02d and wall bracket seat 6FR02f, then fasten them with the inner
screw using hex key 6FR25.

-Put the top cover 6FR06 on the small wall jamb ,and fasten it
with screw 6FR07 using tool 6FR30.
-Put the top cover 6FR10 on the wall profile.
-Mount the handle 6FR18 on the front panel.

-Apply some silicone sealant at the back side of
end caps 6FR20 and 6FR23
-Apply the silicone sealant at the back of bottom strip 6FR21;
-Put the end cap 6FR20 besides the wall profile, insert the bottom strip into
this cap, and cover the end cap 6FR23 in the other side of bottom strip.

- Apply silicone sealant to the outside of the enclosure.
Please note: Do not apply silicone sealant to the inside of the enclosure.
- Do not take a shower within the 24 hours after applying the silicone sealant.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Please do not use abrasive or strong cleaning solution on the shower enclosure, such as alcohol, petroleum liquids or
any other chemical cleaner with acidic contents.
Should there be any dirty stains on the shower enclosure, please clean it with a soft lint free cloth and warm soapy water.
Please rinse it with clean water afterwards.
After the installation is complete, if there is any noise during glass door movement, please add a small quantity of lubricant
onto the roller wheel, bottom guide and track where applicable.
After
