Dachsparrenhalter vorbereiten
ACHTUNG
Zu Transportzwecken ist die Erdungsklemme in Position➊ montiert.
► Vor der Montage die Erdungsklemme aus der Position➊ lösen
und in Position➋ befestigen.

Dachsparrenhalter montieren
1. Eine ausreichende Anzahl von Dachziegeln entfernen.
2. Dachsparrenhalter auf die Breite der Dachsparren oder der
Konterlattung ziehen.
3. Acht Schraubenlöcher auf den Dachsparren oder der Konter-
lattung markieren.
4. Schraubenlöcher mit einem 9mm-Ø-Bohrer 50mm tief seit-
lich und 100mm tief von oben vorbohren.
5. Dachsparrenhalter mit den vier Befestigungsschrauben
12x100mm von oben und mit den vier Befestigungs-
schrauben 12x50mm seitlich auf den Dachsparren oder
der Konterlattung mit einem Gabelschlüssel SW19 fest-
schrauben.
6. Feststellschraube des Teleskoprohres mit einem Gabel-
schlüssel SW19 festziehen.
7. Erdungsdraht (16-mm
2
-Kupfer oder 25-mm
2
-Aluminium) in die
Erdungsklemme einführen und die Mutter mit einem Gabel-
schlüssel SW17 festziehen.
8. Mast entlang des Teleskoprohres so verschieben, dass das
Abdeckblech in den Verbund der Dachziegel passt.
9. Mast in Richtung Giebel abkippen und das Abdeckblech und
den Abdeckkragen über die Mastspitze ziehen.
10. Mast mit Hilfe einer Wasserwaage senkrecht ausrichten.
11. Acht Klemmschrauben mit einem Gabelschlüssel SW19 an
der Klemmbacke festziehen.
12. Abdeckblech auf den Mast aufsetzen und den oberen Rand
und die seitlichen Ränder des Bleches ca.2cm nach oben
falzen, um eintretenden Niederschlag sicher auf die darunter-
liegende Eindeckung zu leiten.
13. Abdeckkragen über den Einführstutzen des Abdeckbleches
ziehen.
14. Dach eindecken.

The ZAS45 is a rafter fastener for mounting parabolic antennas.

battens

Preparing the Rafter Fastener
ATTENTION
For transportation purposes, the earthing terminal is mounted in
position➊.
► Before installing the rafter fastener, remove the earthing terminal
from position➊ and mount it in position➋.

Installing the Rafter Fastener
1. Remove a sufficient number of roof tiles.
2. Extend the rafter fastener to the width of rafters or counter
battens.
3. Mark eight screw holes on rafters or counter battens.
4. Pre-drill screw holes 50mm deep on the sides and 100mm
deep from above using a Ø 9mm drill bit.
5. Screw in four wood screws 12x100mm from above and
four wood screws 12x50mm on the sides on the rafters or
counter battens using an AF19 open-ended spanner.
6. Tighten the fastening screw of the telescopic tube using an
AF19 open-ended spanner.
7. Place the earthing wire (16mm

copper or 25 mm
2
aluminium)
into the earthing terminal and tighten the nut using an AF17
open-ended spanner.
8. Slide the mast along the telescopic tube in such a way that the
cover plate matches the joints of the roof tiles.
9. Swing the mast towards the gable and pull the cover plate and
the cover collar over the mast tip.
10. Align the mast vertically using a spirit level.
11. Tighten eight clamp screws on the clamp jaw using an AF19
open-ended spanner.
12. Push the cover plate on the mast and fold the upper edge and
side edges of the plate upwards by approx. 2cm to securely
direct any precipitation onto the cover below.
13. Pull the cover collar over the cover plate inlet.
14. Put the roof tiles back on.
