UseoftheToy
Ensurethatthetricycleisnotuseduntilithasbeenproperlyassembledandcheckedbyan
adultperson.
Incaseoftricycleswithoutafreewheelconsiderthefactthatthepedalswillrotateevenwhen
thetricycleispushed.
Donottransportanyobjectsonthetricycle.
Alwaysadju
sttheuseofthetricycletotheconditionsencountered.
Tricyclesdonotpossessacontinuouslyeffectivebrakesystem.Therefore,safeguardthetricycle
againstrollingawaywhenparkingit.Neverparkthetricycleunattendedwithachildonit!
Neverdrawthetricyclebehindyouaslongasachildisseatedonit.
Instructyourchildhowtousethetricyclecorrectlyanddrawattentiontopossiblesourcesof

locks.Donothanganyweightsonthebar!Thetricyclemaytipover,andyourchildmaybehurt.
Thepushbarisintendedforadultuseonly,donotpassresponsibilityforchildrenontoother
children.Forfreeplaytimetakethepushbaroffforsafetyreasons.
Formodelswithpneumatictir
es:Duetothenatureofmaterialsusedinpneumatictires,itisnot
recommendedfortheproducttobeleftinanyoneplacefortoolongwheresolventsorother
chemicals,i.e.oil,maylie.Thismayresultinachemicalreaction,whichcouldcausethetiresto
markthesurfacesuchasavinylflooring.Ifindoubtputsomethingunderneaththewheelsto
coverthefloor.Ensurethatairpressureinthetiresiscorrect;ifairpressureistoolowthis
increaseswear,andmakesridingthetricyclemoredifficult!
Lubricatethebearingsleevesofthewheelsandthehandlebarswithafewdropsofoileverytwo
orthreemonths.

Assemblyofthetoyvehicle
Pleaseensurethatthetricyclewillonlybeusedforplayingwhenassemblyhasbeencarriedout
correctly,andchecked,byanadult.
Thetricyclemustbeassembledcarefullybyanadultperson.Studytheassemblyinstructions
carefullybeforebeginningwork.Assemblethetricycleintheexactsequenceshownbythe
lettersinthediagrams.Thisisessentialforthesafefunctionanduseofthetricycle.
Pleasenotethatthereisalwaysadangerofinjurywhenworkingwithtoolsordoingmanual
work.Thereforepleasebecarefulwhenassemblingthisproduct.
Ensurethatyourworkingareaisfreeofpossiblesource
sofdanger,forexampledon’tleaveany
toolslyingaround.Alwaysdisposepackagingmaterialinsuchawaythatitmaynotcauseany
danger.Thereisalwaysariskofsuffocationifchildrenplaywithplasticbags!
Boltallthepartstogetherlooselyatfirst,andcheckthattheyha
vebeenassembledcorrectly.
Tightenthelocknutsbyhanduntilresistanceisfelt,thenusewrenchtofinallytightennuts
completelyagainstresistance(lockingdevice).Thencheckthatallscrewconnectionshavebeen
tightenedfirmly.Attention:oncelocknutshavebeenunscrewedtheynolongerfunction
correctly(thelockingdeviceisdestroyed),andmustbereplaced.
Whenassemblingplasticgrips:Thegripscanbepushedontothehandlebarsmoreeasilyifthey
arefirstsoakedinwarmwater.
Pleasekeeporiginalpackagingofthisarticle,sothatitmaybeusedfortransport
atalaterdate,
ifnecessary.
Fortechnicalreasons,wereservetherighttocarryoutpreliminaryassemblywork(e.g.addition
oftubingplugs).

Re inflate
• The rubber tire needs to be seated cor-
rectly on the rim.
• Squeeze tire to rim as illustrated to achie-
ve correct seating of the tire on the rim
whilst inflating.
• It is advisable to inflate the tire with the
aid of a compressor usually found at your
local garage. Tire needs to be inflated
quickly.

• El neumático deshinchado debe estar cor-

Gonflage

ment durant le gonflage.
