Switch off the power supply before installation (1)

Press the spring stator (2)

Remove the diffuser (3)

Connect the main to terminal block (4)(6)

Re - Install and lock diffuser back into place (8)

CLEANING

•Beforecleaningalwaysensurethepowersupplyisturnedoff.

•Donotimmersetheluminaireinwater.

•Noabrasiveproducts,solvents,detergentmaybeusedtocleanthisluminaire.

•Ensurethatthettingdoesnotcomeincontactwithcorrosivechemicals,etc.

•Coastalareasensurethattheluminaireiscleanedfortnightly.

Installation:

Switch the power off before commencing with the installation.

•Whendrillingisrequireforxingtheluminairetotherequiredsurfacepleaseensurethatno

pipes or cables are within the drilling area.

•Connectthewiresasshowningure

•Iftheheatsleeveissuppliedwithyourluminaire,pleaseconnecttheincominglive,Neutraland

Earth supply wires.

•Connecttheearth(green/yellow)supplywiringtotheearthterminal

•Connectthelive(brown/Red)Supplywiringtotheconnectorblockmarked

•Ensureallitems/components,threadsandscrewsaretightlysecured

•Ensurethelampsareseatedcorrectly.locateandtwist.

•Mounttheuppercoverandxitinplacewiththescrews.

Changing the lamp:

Switch the power off before commencing with the installation.

1. Always ensure the lamp has been allowed to cool before attempting to change the lamp.

2. Open the luminaire cover.

3. Carefully unscrew the lamp.

4. Carefully screw in the new replacement lamp.

5. Close the luminaire, fastening any loose screws before re-connecting the electricity and

turning the luminaire on.

IMPORTANT:

•Tamperingwiththisluminaire,IE.Usingsiliconsealersorincorrectcabling,willinvalidate

your warranty.

•Whentheprotectionglassisdamaged,itshouldbereplacedimmediately.Theluminairemust

not be used without the protection glass.

•Pleasecheckwhethertheconnectionofthepowercordissafeandreliablebeforeinstallation.

•Alwaysensurethatthemainssupplyvoltageiscorrect.

•Alwaysreplacethelampwithoneofanidenticalrating.

•Ensurethatyoudonotplacetheluminairenearanycombustiblematerialsand/orsurfaces.

•Chokinghazard:Maycontainsmallparts.Keepawayfromchildren.

•Donotinsertyourngersoranypartofyourbodyintotheelectricalcontactandsocketsofthis

product whilst it is connected to the electricity supply.

•Itemmayvaryslightlyfromthepictureonthecarton.
