Material needed:
1 * X screw driver
1 * B560158 PSU
1. Switch off the unit and remove the AC power cable.
2. Lay the screen flat on a table with the front of the screen facing the table. Be careful not to touch
the front of the screen with sharp objects. Use a cloth to avoid scratching the screen or bezel.
3. Remove the black cover
a. Remove the 2 screws from the control panel.

b. Remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the panel, where you can find the DVI and power
connectors.

c. Remove the 8 big screws from the back of the panel. These screws are used for the stand or
connection plate to mount the screen.

d. Remove the 2 handles from the screen. (4 screws in total).
e. Finally, remove the other screws around the screen (normally 12 screws).

f. Now you can remove the black cover, just lift it up and put it away.

4. Locate the power supply.

5. Remove the white connector that is going from the power connector to the right side of the PSU
(power supply unit).
6. On the left side of the PSU remove the white connector (top left side from the PSU)

7. Tape the 2 connectors on the bottom right together and then remove them from the PSU.

8. All the connectors from the PSU are now removed. Now we can start to replace the PSU. 2
screws need to be removed from the metal plate.

9. Take out the PSU (together with the metal plate).

10. Remove 6 screws so the metal plate can be removed from the PCB (printer circuit board).
11. Now remove the PSU and replace it with the new one (part number B560158).
12. Retrace your steps to fit all components back in the unit, connect all connectors and close the
unit.
13. Connect the AC power cable and test.
