Grizzly T21973 Owner's manual

Type
Owner's manual

Grizzly T21973 is a metal blade guide set that will replace the blade guides on machines such as the G0531, G0531B, G0566, G0568, and G0569 bandsaw. It is easier to install the blade guides if you first adjust them to be as far away from each other as possible. This blade guide set is highly adjustable. The blade guides can be adjusted to be 1⁄16" behind the blade gullets (the ideal setting but not always possible) and 0.004" away from the blade. The 0.004" distance is roughly the thickness of a dollar bill.

larger blades it may not be possible. In such
cases, adjust the blade guides as close to
the blade gullets as possible, while still main-
