Please study these instructions carefully before installing your new pulley. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our
Technical Hotline at: (800) 416-8628 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
WARNING: Please note that these pulleys are intended for use with Competition Supercharger Kits ONLY. Use of these pulleys with
an E.O. Legal Supercharger will negate its street legal status and void the optional extended warranty.
CALIBRATION: It is important to have the PCM retuned after changing pulley sizes to achieve the best performance. Engine damage
may occur if the vehicle is driven hard before the PCM has been recalibrated.
INSTALLATION: Owners of street legal kits should peel off the tamper-proof seal and remove the four bolts holding the stock pulley
in place, while owners of competition superchargers should remove the bolts that have been threaded into the pulley hub. Be aware
that these bolts are secured by red loctite on the street legal superchargers. Install your new pulley on the hub, then coat the threads
of all four pulley bolts with red loctite and torque them to 91 in-lbs.
