SYMPTOM
Inconsistent amounts of ice dispensing during calibration or during normal use of dispenser.
ACTION
1. Remove lid and ice shelf. Inspect above and below auger for any foreign objects or obstructions.

Warning
Sharp Objects/Surfaces - Beware of the shaver blade
located in the bottom of the ice bin.

2. Visually inspect inside of ice bin for foreign objects,
large ice chunks or other obstructions that could cause
the auger not to turn, become lodged near the shaver
blade or block ice from the shaver blade. Remove any
obstructions or foreign objects found
3. Verify shaver blade screws are tight and the blade is not
damaged. A damaged shaver blade MUST BE changed
prior to using dispenser. DO NOT rotate a damaged
shaver blade.
4. Inspect ice bin, ice shelf and auger for damage. Replace
any parts found to be damaged
Important
Bagged ice should NEVER be used in this application!
This can damage or loosen the shaver blade and screws.
Any foreign matter can cause calibration issues and
damage to the shaver blade, ice bin, auger and ice shelf.
