Warranty Details
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and
parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that
occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be
repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, solely at our option with
no charge for parts and labour. The benefits conferred by this warranty
are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the
consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar
state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for
a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does
not amount to a major failure.

Read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it in a safe place for
future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt
and carton. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to.
Follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings to reduce the risk
of fire or electric shock.
Usage conditions and restrictions
• Power adaptor: Only use the supplied power adaptor with these Action
Camera Glasses. Do not use any other type of mains adaptor.
Before plugging in the power adaptor, make sure your outlet socket is
properly earthed and the voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the
voltage stated on the adaptor’s rating label.
When charging the device, do not overload your power supply or stress the
power cord, which could cause overheating and result in a fire.
Do not plug the power adaptor in with wet hands, which could lead to
electric shock.
Unplug the power adaptor after use and before cleaning the product.
Grip the plug when disconnecting, do not pull on the cord.
• Battery: If you have not used the recording function for a long time, make
sure the Action Camera Glasses are fully charged before using them.
• Operating conditions: These Action Camera Glasses are not waterproof.
They are designed for use in environments with temperatures between
0–40°C and humidity levels between 20–80%. Do not expose them to
water, excessive heat or humidity, and extremely low temperatures. Usage
at room temperature will prolong their life expectancy.
• Protect the lens: Do not use these Action Camera Glasses in environments
with high dust density to avoid dust settling on the camera lens or other
components.
• Usage condition: These Action Camera Glasses are supplied for sale for
lawful purposes only. They must not be used for any illegal purposes. The
user is fully responsible for using the product in a lawful manner.
• Usage restrictions: This product is not intended for use by persons

Getting Started
Before first use
• Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you have
made sure your new Action Camera Glasses are undamaged and in good
working order. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and
young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.
• Unwind the cord of the power adaptor to its full length and inspect it for
damage. Do not use the product if any of its parts (power adaptor and USB
cable) have been damaged or are not working properly. In case of damage,
contact our after sales support line for advice.
• Read this manual to familiarise yourself with the product. Pay particular
attention to the safety instructions on the previous pages.
Charging and SD (TF) card installation
• The battery has been partially charged at the factory. To perform all
functions, we recommend you fully recharge before using it for the first
time.
• Insert the 2.5mm jack of the supplied cable into the charging socket on the
Action Camera Glasses.
• To charge via power adaptor, insert the USB connector to the power
adaptor, then firmly insert the power adaptor into a properly earthed mains
socket.
• During charging, the status indicator flashes red. When the battery is fully
charged, the indicator light will turn blue. In order to maximise the battery’s
maximum storage capacity, continue charging the battery for 30 to 60
minutes after the indicator light remains on brightly.
• Once the glasses are charged and disconnected from the computer,
long-press the Power On/Off [ ] button to turn the glasses off.
• Before using the Action Camera Glasses for recording video or taking
photos, make sure you have installed an appropriate micro SD (TF) card
with a maximum storage capacity of 32GB.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This product is powered by a built-in high-capacity lithium polymer battery.
It can be used and charged at any time. However, for the initial five times
of charging, we recommend letting the battery run out completely and then
charging it to saturation. This is to activate the maximum battery capacity and
maintain the standard working time.

Instructions
Turning on/off
• To turn on, long press the Power On/Off [ ] button. The status indicator
will be red and then turn flashing blue. The device will be in active
video-recording mode.
• To turn off, long press the Power On/Off [ ] button until the status
indicator extinguishes. The device will save the current file and shut down.
• After 3 minutes’ of inaction, the glasses will turn off automatically.
Recording video
• Turn on the device as described above. When the red light changes to
flashing blue, the device will start video-recording.
• Short press the Power On/Off [ ] button once to stop recording, save the
file and enter standby status. The blue light will be steady in standby video-
recording mode. The system will automatically save the file once every 20
minutes and continue the recording.
Taking photos
• Short press the Mode [M] button once to enter into photo-taking standby
status. The indicator light is red.
• Short press the Power On/Off [ ] button once to take one photo. The red
indicator light will flash once when taking the photo and saving the image.
Then it returns automatically to standby status.
Recording audio-only
• Short press the Mode [M] button twice to enter into audio-only standby
status. The indicator light is both red and blue.
• Short press the Power On/Off [ ] button to start audio-only recording, the
red light will be on and the blue light is flashing.
• Short press the Power On/Off [ ] button again to save the file and enter
into audio-only standby status. The indicator light is both red and blue.
Hints for best results
When using the Action Camera Glasses, always ensure that:
• There is adequate light in the surrounding area.
• The camera is not blocked by other items.
• The camera is kept upright and stable.
• The object/action is more than 50cm away from the camera.
• The microphone hole is not blocked.

Connecting to a computer
• You can connect the Action Camera Glasses to a computer for data
transfer in power off or standby mode. The computer will recognise the
Action Camera Glasses as a USB Removable Disk. The recorded files will
be saved in the the *disk\DCIM\100DSCIM\ directory.
• To disconnect the Action Camera Glasses from the computer, right-click
on “Removable Disk” and select “Eject”. When the system advises that the
hardware can be safely removed, gently pull out the USB cable from
the computer.
NOTE: The time it takes to identify a removable disk will depend on your
computer system and configuration. Please be patient and do not
use the Action Camera Glasses during this period. If the removable
disk is not recognised even after a long period, re-insert the device
and make sure that your computer operating system and USB cable
are both operating normally. When disconnecting the Action Camera
Glasses, follow the normal procedure to avoid to damaging the
computer or device.
Updating Date and Time
The date and time has been set at the factory. However, the Action Camera Glasses
will lose date and time settings if the battery fully discharges. To update the date and
time, proceed as follows:
1. Connect the 2.5mm/USB cable into the computer and then into the Action
Camera Glasses.
2. Open Notepad on a PC or TextEdit on a Mac. Type in the current date and time in
yyyy.MM.dd hh:mm:ss format (for example, 2012.12.31 23:59:59).
3. Save the file to the root directory of the Micro SD card as ‘time.txt’.
4. Unplug the Action Camera Glasses from the computer. The Action Camera
Glasses will now update their timestamp.
NOTE: The ‘time.txt’ file will no longer be visible on the Micro SD Card once the
glasses have been unplugged from the computer and then plugged back in.
Reset
• If the glasses function abnormally or do not respond, use a pin to press the
Reset button to restore factory default settings.

Troubleshooting guide
Insufficient storage space: When the storage space is insufficient, the indicator light
will display standby status, automatically save the current files and shut down. If you
want to continue to use this video recording function, copy the necessary files to a
computer and delete old stored documents in order to free up enough storage space
for the new recording.
Insufficient battery charge: When the battery charge is insufficient, the blue indicator
light will start flashing fast and then turn off. The device will automatically save the
current files and then shut down. To continue using the recorder, you must recharge
the battery first.
Failure to respond: If the video recorder fails to respond due to an improper
operation or other reason, use a pin to press the Reset button to restart the device.

Repair and Refurbished
Goods or Parts Notice
Unfortunately, from time to time, faulty products are manufactured which need to
be returned to the supplier for repair.
Please be aware that if your product is capable of retaining user-generated data
(such as files stored on a computer hard drive, telephone numbers stored on
a mobile telephone, songs stored on a portable media player, games saved on
a games console or files stored on a USB memory stick) during the process of
repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. We recommend you save this
data elsewhere prior to sending the product for repair.
You should also be aware that rather than repairing goods, we may replace them
with refurbished goods of the same type or use refurbished parts in the repair
process.
Please be assured though, refurbished parts or replacements are only used
where they meet Tempo’s stringent quality specifications.
