Beforeanyaccessintotheelectrical
connectionsboxes,power
mustbedisconnectedby
pullingouttheplugfromthe
socket.
Onlyauthorizedpersonsisallowedtoenter
intotheelectricalconnectionboxes.
Ifanyelectricalcomponentsaredamaged,
theymustbereplacedbythemanufacturer,
dealeroraqualifiedpersonin
ordertoavoid
dangeroussituations.
Adjustmentoftheunit.
Ahumiditysensoris,fromfactory,mountedinsidetheunit.Itis
setto“0”thatmeansitissettonotactive.
Afterstartup,wheretheunitisplacedintoanewbuildingwithhighhumidity,
youcanletthishumiditysensorbeturnedoffforaperiodto
avoidthefullspeed
ofthefanatnight.Togetthehumiditysensortooperateasintended,youneedatonetimetoputit
active.Thanyouneedtosettheswitchinposition"1".
Iftheventilationunitisplacedinahousewithouthighhumidity,you
shouldswitchtoposition"1"
afteryouputtingventilationunitintooperation.Thisswitchwillalsoaffectanyextraexternal
humiditysensorthatispluggedintothedevice.
Adjustingthehumiditysensor.
Ifitisnecessarytoadjustthesensitivityofthehumiditysensorthenyoujustcanremovetheblack
plugandyouthencanseetheadjustingknobandtheRH%scale.
Ifaneedforbetter
insightordonotsee
theadjustmentscale
sufficientsoone
shouldremove
the
entirecoverofthis
controlboard.

Theexchangeryoualsocancleanwithmildsoapandwater.Donotuseammonia
containingdetergent,asthiswillpreyonanddiscoloraluminuminrotaryheatexchanger.
Flushedwithhandshowerandblowgentlycleanwithcompressedair.
Ensurethatthescrewsaretightenedsufficientlysothattheydonotcomelooseduringoperation.
Preferablyuseascrewdrivertotightthescrews.If
useofelectricalscrewdriver,makesurethatyou
uselowtorquetopreventdestroyingthethreadsinthesheetmetalparts.
Tomakesurethatthedrivebeltcanadjustitselfintocorrectpositionyoumustrotatetheexchanger
somefewturns.
Theninsertbackintotheventilationunit.Besure
thatrotorexchangerisproperlyinsertedinallthe
guidesinsidetheunit.Ifnot,thiscanleadtovibrationinthesystemandinternalairleakintheunit.

AHU200KVandKHSLIMisdesignedforheatrecoverywithairvolumesofupto200/h.The
energy
fromtheexhaustairistransferredtosupplyairthroughtherotaryheatexchangerwherethe
airstreamspasseachotherwithoutmakingcontact.
Theunithasabuiltinheaterforsupplementaryheatingofsupplyair.Humiditysensorforforced
ventilationisintegratedintoventilationunit
Theunitcan
alsoconnectadditionalequipment.Pulseswitchforcontrollingtheforcedventilation,for
example,wetroomsorbathrooms,sensorforcarbonmanagementandswitchmanagementaway/
homefunction.ControloftheseoptionsareintegratedintoAHU200KVandKH.
