Cleaning Instructions
Seal Shields™ are easy to use! They can be quickly cleaned and disinfected with your iPad® still inside. We recom-
mend you protect your iPad® with Seal Shields™ so you can regularly clean and disinfect them with bleach wipes
(Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes or similar), or quaternary ammonia wipes (PDI Super Sani-Cloth™ Wipes or similar).
When using wipes, be sure to clean all surfaces thoroughly and allow to dry before using
Alternatively, the product can be washed in a solution of any of the products below and then rinsed under run-
ning water. Before washing, please inspect your device carefully for any openings or splits in the plastic that may
cause leakage.
Clorox® Bleach.................................................Up to 50% dilution to warm water
Pine Quat 64 Disinfectant...........................100% concentration
64 General Purpose Disinfectant.............100% concentration
VirkonS™...........................................................10% dilution to warm water
Softsoap®..........................................................Approximately 2% dilution to warm water
Ali-Flex®.............................................................100% concentration
Windex®.............................................................100% concentration
Product testing was performed by submerging the unit in each of the above cleaning/disinfecting solutions at
the recommended concentrations with no apparent damage to the Seal Shields™ plastic sleeve or the Stay Dry
Seal.
