SMAsupportsproxydeployment,whereallclientbrowsersareconfiguredtoredirecttoaproxyserver,butan
appliancesitsbetweentheclientbrowsersandtheproxyserver.AllSMAfeaturesaresupportedinthisscenario,
includingsupportingdomainexclusionswhenthedomainispartofavirtualhostingserver,or
insomecloud
deployments,whereinthesameserverIPcanbeusedbymultipledomains.
Additionally,typicaldatacenterserverfarmsarefrontedwithaloadbalancerand/orreverseSSLProxyto
offloadSSLprocessingontheservers.Foraloadbalancerfrontingtheserversanddoingdecryption,the
applianceusually
onlyseestheIPoftheloadbalancer,andtheloadbalancerdecryptsthecontentand
