Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-E is a full-size convection oven with a single or double compartment, designed for commercial use. It features a porcelainized steel liner and can accommodate five 18" x 26" standard full-size bake pans in various positions. The solid stainless steel doors with porcelain handles offer simultaneous operation. The electric heating system, powered by three tubular heaters, ensures even and efficient cooking. Air circulation within the baking chamber is facilitated by a single inlet blower wheel driven by a 1/3 HP motor with thermal overload protection.
