STEP 1
1. Install the Seat Cushion (28) on the Carriage (3), using Hex Bolt M10*35 (56).
2. Remove the Allen Bolt M10*20(55) and Flat Washer Φ10.6*Φ26*2(47), loosen the Allen Bolt M10*20(55)
and Flat Washer Φ11*Φ34*3(48) a little, draw out the Guide Rod (21).
3. Assemble the Handlebar (12) and Torsional Spring (23). Refer to the following instructions.
4. Insert the Guide Rod (21) through the center of the Wheel on Carriage (3) into the bottom of Tilted Center
Frame (14), tighten the Pan Head, Allen Bolt M10*20(55) and Flat Washer Φ10.6*Φ26*2(47).

SPRING ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1. Put the Handlebar (12) and Torsional Spring (23) through the Carriage (3), one end of the Torsional
Spring (23) goes into the Carriage (3) (as shown in figure 1).
2. Rotate the Handlebar (12) to the position shown in figure 2, then insert the other end of the Torsional
Spring (23) into the hole on Handle bar (12). Tighten the Allen Bolt M10*20(55) and Flat Washer
Φ11*Φ34*3(48).

STEP 2
1. Connect Rear Support Frame (1) and Center Base Frame (2), using Fixing Plate (25), Flat Washer
Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12 Nut (61) and Hex Bolt M12*100(59)
2. Fixing the Tilted Center Frame (14) on the Rear Support Frame (1) and Front Base Frame (15), using Fixing
Plate (26), Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12 Nut (61), Hex Bolt M12*95(58) and Hex Bolt
M12*105(60).
Tighten all bolts after stability adjustment.

STEP 3
1. Connect Backrest Tube (9) and Backrest Adjust Tube (10), using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12 Nut
(61) and Double End Bolt (20).
2. Connect Backrest Tube (9) and Carriage (3), using Rotating Shaft (17), Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51) and
M12 Nut (61).
3. Connect Backrest Adjust Bracket (11) and Carriage (3), using Rotating Shaft (17), Flat Washer
Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51) and M12 Nut (61).

STEP 4
1. Install the Pedal Adjustable Tube B (5) on the Pedal Frame (6), using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12
Nut (61) and Double End Bolt (19).
2. Connect the Pedal Frame (6) and Tilted Center Frame (14), using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12
Nut (61) and Double End Bolt (20).
3. Connect the Pedal Adjustable Tube A (4) and Tilted Center Frame (14), using Flat Washer
Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51), M12 Nut (61) and Double End Bolt (19).

STEP 5
1. Fixing the Strengthen Shaft (22) on the Right Weight Plate Holder (8), using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6(49),
Φ8 Spring Washer (50), and Hex Bolt M8*40(54).
2. Through the Strengthen Shaft (22) into the hole of Carriage (3), then fixing the Right Weight Plate Holder
(8) on the Carriage (3), using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51) Hex Bolt M12*70 (57).
3. Through the Strengthen Shaft (22) into the Left Weight Plate Holder (7), then fixing the Left Weight Plate
Holder (7) on the Carriage (3), using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(51) Hex Bolt M12*70 (57).
4. Fixing the Strengthen Shaft (22) on the Left Weight Plate Holder (7), using Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6(49),
Φ8 Spring Washer (50), and Hex Bolt M8*40(54).

STEP 6
Install the Back Cushion (27) on the Backrest Tube (9), using Hex Bolt M10*20(55).
