Display Standoff Assembly

for EV1200 Controllers

Before You Begin

IMPORTANT:

• Four standoffs are included with this replacement display assembly (6407-6066). Before

installation of the additional standoffs that are supplied with the replacement display

assembly, first check if the existing enclosure lid assembly already includes the required

stacked standoffs as shown in Figure 1.

• If only one standoff is installed, assemble the additional standoffs that are supplied with the

replacement display assembly in addition to the existing standoffs as shown in

Figure 1.

• If two standoffs are already installed, discard the standoffs included with the replacement

assembly.

Installing the Replacement Display

1. Screw the supplied standoff (4) over the existing standoff at each corner of the display (3).

2. Install the display (3) onto the four standoffs (4) and secure with the nylon nuts (1).

NOTE: Nylon nuts (1) are to be reused from the existing display.

Disconnect and lock out/tag out all the electrical power supply to the system before

performing any service or maintenance.
