*If the power charger does NOT charge your mobile
phone when the micro USB connector is connected
to your mobile phone, please restart the power
charger while it is connected to your mobile phone
(please refer to page 8 for details).

improper operations of this power charger.

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions
could result in fire, electric shock, or other injury or
damage.
HANDLING THE HALO POWER CHARGER
Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform,
puncture, shred, microwave, incinerate, paint, or
insert foreign objects into this device.
AVOIDING WATER AND WET LOCATIONS
Do not use this battery charger in rain, or near other
wet locations. Take care not to spill any food or liquid
on this battery charger. In case this power charger
gets wet, unplug all cables, turn off power (press the
power button for 3 seconds) before cleaning, and
allow it to dry thoroughly before turning it on again.
Do not attempt to dry this power charger with an
external heat source, such as a microwave oven or
hair dryer. A power charger that has been damaged as
a result of exposure to liquids is not serviceable.

REPAIRING OR MODIFYING POWER CHARGER
Never attempt to repair or modify this power charger
by yourself. Disassembling this power charger,
including the removal of external screws, may cause
damage that is not covered under the warranty. If this
power charger has been submerged in water,
punctured, or subjected to a severe fall, do not use it
until you take it to a service provider.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The rechargeable battery in this power charger should
be replaced only by a service provider.
RECHARGE THE POWER CHARGER
Please use the built-in USB input connector for
recharging the Halo Power Charger. Other AC adapters
for connecting the power charger to the wall socket
may cause damage to the Halo power charger.
USING CONNECTORS OR PORTS
Never force a connector into a port; check for
obstructions in the port. If the connector and port do
not join with reasonable ease, they probably do not
match. Make sure that the connector matches the
port and that you have positioned the connector
correctly in relation to the port.

REBOOT THE POWER BANK
As a protective measure, the power bank will shut
down and will not be restarted by pressing on the
power button when there is an unexpected short
circuit. In case this happens, use the built-in USB cable
to recharge the power charger for a few seconds to
reboot it.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
TURNING ON THE POWER CHARGER:
Press the power button for 3 seconds to start the
device. The 3 LEDs will blink for 5 seconds when
the device is turned on.
CHARGE YOUR DEVICE:
After you turn on the device, have the power
charger correctly connected to your device for
charging to start.
TURNING OFF THE POWER CHARGER:
Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.
BATTERY CAPACITY INDICATOR:
With the power off quickly press on the power
button to track the remaining battery capacity.
RECHARGING THE POWER CHARGER:
Have the USB input connector connected to the
standard USB port on your computer or an AC
adapter that accepts USB to recharge the power
charger.
INTELLIGENT RECOGNITION:
The Halo Power Charger is programmed with an
intelligent recognition system to achieve a higher
compatibility for charging different mobile
phones. If it does not charge when the micro USB
connector is connected to your mobile phone,

please restart the power charger while it is still
connected to your mobile phone.
