Pairing Instructions
(for 7.1 Channel Surround Sound only)
It should not be necessary to pair the Digital Transmitter to the Wireless Receiver unit when a single
receiver is being used (5.1 channel surround system) as they will have been paired at the factory.
When creating a 7.1 channel surround sound system please follow the instructions below:
1. Select one Wireless Receiver and the Digital Transmitter card
supplied with it and place it in position for the left hand
channels.
2. Insert the Digital Transmitter Card into the rear of the home
theatre system
3. Set the surround selector switch to the “L” (left) position.
4. Position the second Wireless Receiver in its location for the
right hand channels and set the surround selector switch to the
“R” (right) position. The Transmitter card for the second
receiver should be stored in a safe place as a spare.
5. Turn on the Home Theatre System and turn the volume low.
6. Connect the mains power to the right hand Wireless Receiver
only and turn on.
7. While pressing the Skip button on the top front of the home
theatre system, also press the number 3 button on the remote
control for a few seconds until the “P” appears on the Home
Theatre display.
8. While “P” appears on the Home Theatre display, press the “ID
Set” button on the rear of the right hand Wireless Receiver,
using a pointed object such as a ball point pen.
9. Switch off the right hand Wireless Receiver
10. Switch on both Wireless Receivers. Your surround speakers are
now ready to use.
