initial100miles/kilometersofuse.
Every30daysor30hoursofoperationliftthe
sidesofthewalkingbeltandfeelthetopsurface
ofthewalkingboardasfarasyoucanreach.If
youfeelsignsofsilicone,nofurtherlubricationis
required.Ifit
feelsdrytothetouch,followthe
instructionsbelow.Pleaseuseanonpetroleum
basedsilicone.
Toapplylubricanttothewalkingbelt:
1. Positionthewalkingbeltsothattheseamis
locatedontopandincenterofthewalking
board.
2. Insertthespraynozzleintothe
sprayheadof
thelubricantcanifanozzleisrequired.
3. Whileliftingthesideofthewalkingbelt,
positionthespraynozzlebetweenthe
walkingbeltandtheboardappr oximately6"
fromthefrontofthetreadmill.Applythe
siliconespraytothewalkingboar d,moving
fromthe
frontofthetreadmilltotherear.
Repeatthisontheothersideofthebelt.
Sprayapproximately4secondsoneachside.
4. Allowthesiliconeto"set"for1minute
beforeusingthetreadmill.

BeltAdjustment
Therunningbelthasbeenadjustedproperlybythefactory.Howevertransportation,unevenflooringor
otherunpredictedreasonscouldcausethebelttoshiftoffcentreresultinginthebeltrubbingwiththe
plasticsiderailorendcapsandpossiblycausingdamage.To adjustthebeltbacktoits
properposition
pleasefollowthedirectionsbelow:
Ifthebelthasonlymovedby12mmthiswillnotaffecttheoperationofyour
treadmill
1.Ifyourbelttendstowalktotheright,simplyadjusttheleftbelttensionboltbyturningit1/4 turncounter
clockwise.Followwith
atest.
2. Ifyourbelttendstowalktotheleft,rotatethelefttensionboltclockwise1/4 turnsatatime,and
followwithatest.Ifthebeltcontinuestowalktotheleft,simplyadjusttherighttensionboltcounter
clockwise.
3.Ifyourbeltappears
tobeloose,simplytightenbothboltsevenly1/4turn.Ifitappearstight,simply
loosenbothboltsevenly1/4 turn.
WARNING!Therearetwowhitelinewith8mmwidthonthetwosideoftherunningbeltbutstillhave
gapsawayfrombothsiderails,ifanysideofwhitelinehavebeen totallycoveredbysiderail,itmeans
therunningbeltisnotinthemiddle,which
maycauserunningbeltrubbingsiderail.Therefore,ifthe
runningbeltisnotinthemiddlethentherunningbeltshouldbeadjustedtoproperpositiontokeepthe
samegapsbetweensiderailsandrunningbelt.
Forrunningbeltadjusting,therunningbeltmustbeadjustedundertherunning
beltisrunningwithin
810km/hspeedandtoclockwisefastentherightsideofrearrollerbyhexkeyortoanticlockwiseloose
theleftsideofrearrollerbyhexkeywhenwhitelineofrightsidehasbeentotallycoveredbyrightside
railtillthis
whitelinetotallyexposed.Ontheotherhand,clockwisefastentheleftsideofrearrollerby
hexkeyortoanticlockwiseloosetherightsideofrearrollerbyhexkeywhenwhitelineofleftsidehas
beentotallycoveredbyleftsiderailtillthiswhitelinetotally
exposed
