withthewireprovided.
10.Cutexistingwiresfromterminal24V,stripback5/8”andwirenutto
wireprovidedinkit.Connectterminatedendofprovidedwiretothe24V
terminalontheICM289blowercontrolboard.
11. Placeblowerpurgetimejumperoncorrectpins.
12.Placemech/electjumpertocorrectposition.
13.Reinstallthecontrolboxcover(allunitsexceptforG20R).
14.Replaceaccesspanel.
15.Turnonelectricalpowerfortheunit.

CAUTION!
Use caution when installing and servicing the furnace to avoid and control
electrostatic discharge; ESD can impact electronic components. These
precautions must be followed to prevent electrostatic discharge from hand
tools and personnel. Following the precautions will protect the control from
ESD by discharging static electricity buildup to ground.
1. Disconnectallpowertothefurnace.Donottouchthecontrolorthewiring
priortodischargingyourbody’selectrostaticchargetoground.
2. Togroundyourself,touchyourhandandtoolstoaclean,metal(unpainted)
furnacesurfacenearthecontrolboard.
3. Servicethefurnaceaftertouchingthechassis.Yourbodywillrechargewith
staticelectricityasyoushufeyourfeetormovearound,andyoumust
regroundyourself.
4. Regroundyourselfifyoutouchungroundeditems.
5. Beforehandlinganewcontrol,regroundyourself;thiswillprotectthe
control.Storeusedandnewcontrolsinseparatecontainersbeforetouching
ungroundedobjects.
6. ESDdamagecanalsobepreventedbyusinganESDservicekit.
