Introduction

Slow Cooker seals in steam to cook hotter and faster, and it seals in nutrients as well. Cook in less
water and experience textures and tastes that are simply sensational. Features easy touch-button
settings, a countdown timer, and a cooking pot big enough for a pot roast with all the fixings. The
product has the following characteristics:

2) This Multi-cooker offers high variety of options for professional cooking according to
customers’ tastes. Press your favorite taste key to enter automatic cooking progress. When
finished, a warning ring tone will sound and change into keep warm mode.
3) 24 hour timer preset function- After setting the time, it will start the countdown, when the
countdown reaches 0, it will start the cooking program.

4. Advanced Structure- Safety Devices
1) Safety lock: the cover can not be closed if it does not close tight and it can not be opened if
the pressure inside is too high.
2) Pressure control safety device: Multi-cooker will be switched off automatically when it
reaches pre-setting pressure temperature for stable pressure containing.
3) Pressure regulation: If temperature and pressure reach their maximum level, the float valve
will automatically release pressure via the vent valve.
4) Anti-blocked safety device: helps to avoid blockage of outlet of air by food.
5) Pressure-relief safety device: it will prevent explosion when mentioned above safety devices
cannot assist any more.
6) Overheat safety device: when temperature reaches its limitation, the fuse will release.
7) Temperature regulation: in case of wrong operation, if the inner pot is empty, or temperature

This User Manual contains information on the use and care of this product. Please read this User
Manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.
Before the first use, check the device specifications and the power supply in your network. This
appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
Do not use with damaged cord, plug or other injuries.
Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
Do not pull the cord. Always pull from plug. Don't reel the cord around the device housing.
Never attempt to dissemble and repair the appliance by yourself. If you encounter problems,
please contact customer service center @ 1300 666 848.
Using accessories or replacement parts that are not recommended or not sold by the
manufacturer may cause damage to the appliance.
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep
unplugged when not in use.
To avoid electric shock and fire, do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. If that
occurs, immediately unplug it and contact service center for inspection.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.
Place the multi-cooker on a stable, horizontal and level surface. Position it far from flammable
materials including curtains, walls, and fabric upholstered furniture.
Do not place the multi-cooker near heat-emitting devices such as heaters, cooktops, or electric
burners.
Make sure that there is enough free space around the unit. The multi-cooker should stand more
than 15 cm far from flammable objects such as furniture, curtains etc.
Don’t use the appliance near explosive objects.
Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.
Caution: hot surface. The surfaces will get hot during use.
Don’t move the appliance containing hot food or liquid. Don’t move the appliance when it is
connected to electricity network.
Don't leave water or products in the multi-cooker for a long period of time.
Pour water into the inner pot only. Don't pour water into the multi-cooker body.
While cooking, avoid using sharp utensils that can damage the inner pot surface. Please use the
included spoon which comes with the multi-cooker. You may also use wooden, plastic, or silicone
utensils.
Always check that there are not any foreign objects between the pot bottom and heating plate. It
may cause burning smell, strange sounds, and could cause multi-cooker malfunction.
If any unusual sounds, odour, or any other disruption happens, switch the multi-cooker off. Make
sure that there are not any objects or liquids between the inner pot and heating plate. If malfunction
persists, please call customer service. Never attempt to dissemble and repair the multi-cooker by
yourself.
Don't cover the steam relief valve and the lid while the multi-cooker is operating. It may cause a
malfunction in the multi-cooker.
Don't let the multi-cooker operate with empty pot.
While you are cooking, the lid and outer surface of the multi-cooker get hot. Handle or move the
multi-cooker with care. The accessible surfaces may become hot when the appliance is in operation.
When you open the multi-cooker lid, wait for the steam to escape first, then you may proceed to
get closer with caution.
ATTENTION: Central part of the multi-cooker lid becomes extremely hot while cooking and
may cause burns. Always use lid handle!
Don't cover or block steam release opening, steam relief valve, and float valve.
Don't press on float valve while the multi-cooker is operating.
Don’t use the multi-cooker if sealed ring is missing or damaged. Use the sealed ring from the
multi-cooker set only.
Before pressure cooking, make sure that the inner pot contains water or broth. Please note that
pressure cooking needs liquid to produce steam.
Make sure that steam doesn't get out in place where lid meets multi-cooker body.
Never exert force on the multi-cooker lid. Inner pressure in the pot must be equal to outside
atmosphere pressure before opening the lid.
Open the lid only when the float valve is in the low position, when the pressure inside has become
normal and safe.
ATTENTION: Beware of the hot steam that comes out of the steam release opening. Keep
hands and face away from the multi-cooker when you open it to avoid being burnt by hot
steam.
Always check if steam release opening is clean before using the multi-cooker.
Keep the steam relief valve clean. Remember to clean it regularly.
Let the multi-cooker inner pot cool to the touch.
Always unplug the appliance after cooking and before taking the cooked meal out.
ATTENTION: The multi-cooker creates pressure and this is an appliance with increased
risk. It could cause burns and scalds. Please use caution.
Instructions for Use
Once the pressure cooker is assembled properly, you are ready to begin pressure cooking.
1. To remove the lid, grasp handle and turn clockwise, then lift. (See figure A,B)
2. Remove cooking pot from pressure cooker and add food and liquids as
the recipe directs. Note: The total volume of food and liquid must not exceed 80% of the capacity of
the cooking pot (figure C). For foods such as dried vegetables and beans, or rice and grains, the
total volume must not exceed 60% capacity (figure D). Always use at least 1/2 cup liquid when
pressure cooking. The total volume of food and liquid must not be less than 20% of the capacity of
the cooking pot (figure E).
3. To lock the lid in place, remove any food residue from upper rim of the cooking pot to ensure a
proper seal. Make sure the sealing ring is securely in place on the sealing ring supporting cover
(figure F).
4. Brush the water and anything else away before placing the cooking pot back to the external pot.
Make sure inner pot is settled firmly on the heating plate (figure G).
5. Close the cover. Make sure the inner lid covers the inner pot. Then rotate the handle of cover
counterclockwise until you hear a “crack” sound (figure H-1,H-2).
6. Position the float valve and turn it to the sealed position, then check if the float valve has fallen
down (figure I-1,I-2).
Note: The float valve does not click or lock into place. Even though it will have a loose fit, it is safely
secured. The float in handle must be fully down to properly seal the pot before cooking.
7. Plug the power cord into the pressure cooker and then into the wall outlet. The LED display will
show ” “.
8. With the unit on and the LED displayed, press the MENU buttons to select the desired cooking
function. The function light will then flash.
9. When the pressure inside hits its proper level, the pressure hold indicator is turned on and the
timer begins counting. As soon as the cooking process is finished, you will hear a sound signal, and
the Keep Warm mode will be switched on automatically.
Note: Pay attention: the pressure inside is very high so you need to release it through the vent valve
and then open the cover.
-After entering the Keep Warm mode: if you dont want to continue this mode, you can unplug the
power supply. For safety reasons, after 12 hours of continuous Keep Warm mode, the multi-cooker
will automatically enter pending status.
10. When the pressure cooking cycle is finished, the unit will automatically switch to the Keep Warm
mode. Place the float valve into release position and wait for the pressure to release completely until
the floater drops down. Then you can unplug the appliance and take out the food. (figure J-1,J-2)
Note: While cooking liquids such as porridge or soups, the appliance must be cooled down before
you release the pressure.
Operating Instructions
1. Connect to a power source. The multi-cooker will give one short buzz and the LED will read ”00:00
which is stand-by mode. You can choose different functions for cooking.
2. ANY FUNCTION BUTTON-- When in stand-by mode, you can choose any of the function buttons
and the LED will show the pressure time.
When you choose any function, you can tap ”+””-” to adjust the time, then wait 5 seconds for
the multi-cooker to start.
Example- “RICE” shows P12 and it will start within 5 seconds; you can make adjustments
within this time.
At this time the indicator light is ON and the first two numbers shown on the LED begin the
timer countdown. The other two numbers shown on the LED indicate the PRESSURE TIME,
such as 10, and the light on the “RICE” button is also on.

3. Baked: Bake function has 6 Pressure options to select from, including P10/ P 15/ P 20/ P 25/ P
30/ P 35. Press the baked key to select different Pressure Time options, after selecting desired
pressure time, you can press “+””-” to increase & decrease pressure time. All options can adjust from
P3~P40.
4. Pressure: When the multi-cooker is in pending status, you can select the Pressure button to
select your favorite pressure range. This function supports Pressure range from P1~P60.
5. WARM-- If you press any function button when the function finishes, you will hear three long
buzzes, and automatically enter Keep Warm mode. The LED shows ”bband the indicator light will
continuously flash. The temperature will remain at 60-80 degrees Celsius.
6.Timer-- When the multi-cooker is in stand-by mode, you can press the Preset Time button, and
adjust up to 24 hours countdown. Once the timer reaches 00:00, it will begin cooking. The digital
display will “+””-” in 30 minute increments. You can first choose any cooking function then set the
Preset Time when the LED is flashing to automatically start the countdown timer. After a 5 second
pause, the countdown will begin and then proceed to cook as you programmed once the timer
reaches 00:00.
7. OFF-- When the multi-cooker is OFF, the indicator light is off. No matter what function you
choose once you press the OFF button, the multi-cooker will remain in stand-by mode.
8. “+””-”-- It can adjust the Pressure Time and Timing. Pressure Time will adjust by 1 minute and
Timing will adjust by 30 minutes.
9. BEEP SOUND: occurs when A) you connect to an electric power source; gives one short beep.
B) you press any function button; gives one short beep.
C) any function finishes then enters Keep Warm mode; gives three long beeps.
D) an error occurs; gives five long beeps.
Cleaning
1. Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
2. Clean the outer body with a soft cloth such as a paper towel or microfiber towel. Do not immerse
the outer body in water or pour water into it.
3. Rinse the underside of the lid, sealing ring, pressure limit valve, anti-block cover, air escape, and
float valve with warm water. Dry completely.
4. Clean area under the upper ring with dampened cloth or microfiber towel. Do not use chemical
cleaners.
5. The cooking pot is dishwasher-safe. To hand-clean the cooking pot, use a soft cloth or sponge
and wipe. Be careful not to damage the inside coating. Never use harsh chemicals or scouring pads.
6. To clean the sealing ring, hold the knob on the sealing ring supporting cover and pull the sealing
ring up. After cleaning, put the sealing ring supporting cover back in place.
